Pros: Absolutely no setup required -- not even a cross-over cable. Reliable, adequate, meets my needs, and decently priced.

Cons: If you want more features, well, this has none to speak of.

Comments: I have ordered tons of these devices. They are cheap for 24x ports and they rackmount in hinged racks very well. Haven't had one fail or any fan problems yet. Great for datacenters. Will buy more.

Comments: I've used over 20 of these in various placements and they work exceptionally for the price. Definately a great buy. Only advice: make sure you know how deep your wall mount is because the power connector adds a few inches :)
