5 out of 5 eggsNot supposed to convert USB to Firewire

Pros: Works very well both AC and bus powered. Good transfer speeds. Works well with Windows, Linux and OS X.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: An excellent product overall.
To clarify, this product will not convert Firewire to USB. It is not designed to. It is two hubs in one. You need to have one USB and one Firewire connection from the hub to your computer to use both types. If you don't have Firewire on your computer you can't connect a Firewire device.

1 out of 5 eggsUnAble to work

Pros: cool idea

Cons: Unfortunatly, I wanted to see this product for myself. Just as i suspected the unit only has a uplink to your computer of USB 2.0. If you didn't already know USB 2.0 cannot support Firewire. This just simply doesn't work.
