XTRAC PADS Ripper Optical Mouse pad

Pros: Very large, high quality mousepad. Works as advertised.

Cons: nothing!

Pros: Excellent mouse pad. The fake woodgrain image has worn from my desk top and keyboard shelf causing my mice to skip. This pad solved the problem. The pad is silky smooth and the mouse glides over it easily. The bottom is "grippy" so it doesn't slide around the desk.

Cons: A little pricey if you don't cut it in half.

My desk is a workstation for my personal laptop, my work laptop (using a docking station) and it also houses my server. I use a mouse on the desk top and the keyboard shelf. I saw the excellent ratings on this mouse pad, but the price was more than I wanted to pay - over $30 for two pads. I saw the size of the pad and decided I would order one and cut it in half to make two. When it arrived, I marked with a regular lead pencil and it cut easily with a sharp scissors. I now have two 8 1/2" x 11" mouse pads; one pad for the desktop and another for the keyboard shelf.

Pros: When I first opened this I noticed it was rolled. I unrolled it and it didn't have a single crease. I put my new mouse on it (Thermaltaje Azurues) I quickly moved it around and found it was very smooth because of the t)guy weave. And the pad itself doesn't move at all.

Cons: The cons I have are preferences and a minor one.
The pad is huge! It's literally a foot long.
Has a very funky smell...
About the pad though, none so far.

Pros: It's a mouse pad.

Cons: It smells funny at first. Like all recycled rubber.

Other Thoughts: If you open up your average sized phone book that area it take is the about the same area as the pad

Pros: Well its a large mouse pad the surface is very smooth. Less effort controlling the mouse than my old worn out plastic mouse pad. Large; you can make gross movements not possible with a smaller pad.

Cons: The size.

Other Thoughts: I have a huge desk and the size of the mouse pad is not an issue. I am comparing this mouse pad to a very old rough surfaced pad. I would perceive a noticeable difference with any new woven surface pad. Having said that this pad has a much tighter weave and feels smoother than two new unused pads I have.

I do not believe one would be disappointed with this pad. I bought a second one for my son, after receiving the first.

Pros: I wasn't expecting much for the price but I was pleasently surprised at how good this mousepad actually is. doesn't slide around on my desk.

Cons: Not really a con for the mousepad but for Newegg, the mouse arrived with the packaging opened.

Other Thoughts: I was aware of the size before I purchased. but if you are limited on space, make sure you measure.

Pros: - Tracks my logitech g400 well
- Sticks to my wooden desk pretty well (not like the giant thing's going anywhere)
- Rolls up very easily and will also fit flat in any laptop case, so it's as easy as any other mousepad to haul around (much more so than the metal ones).

Cons: - Way bigger than it needs to be. You could cut it in half and get 2 regular sized mousepads. Make sure you have sufficient desk space for this, though it can easily go under things if you don't so not really an issue.

Other Thoughts: It comes with a sticker so you can show off that you paid $12 for a mousepad I guess

Pros: Great size for my use. Works great with all my mice (Logitech G5, M510, M518, M705 and G700. Doesn't slide around on the desk.

Cons: None as of now.

Other Thoughts: I use this on a desk I bought from a brick & mortar office store that is covered with wood grain paper (not even thin veneer like my last desk). After about 6 months I started waring through the desk top causing mouse skip and jitter. A friend that I turned on to Newegg and taught how to build his own PC told me about this pad. Problem solved.

Pros: Its big, i love it! Flattens out nicely, big and wide. Just what I wanted.

Cons: None.

Pros: Smooth. Paired with a Logitech G400s. Mouse just glides over it. I'm the claw type and my wrist lays on this pad. It's soft on the wrist. My desk is from ikea and is pretty small. Even though the edges hang off a bit from the mouse holder, it's still good.

Cons: None. I love it.

Other Thoughts: I went from a Func Pad to a 99cent pad to this. I have to say this is the best mouse pad that I've ever had.
