5 out of 5 eggsPerfection

Pros: I've Owned this since January of 2014 and it's still running strong.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Even after a cap blew up in my old motherboard(cheap micro motherboard) the power supply readings still look perfect and is still working and perfect for gaming.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Power Supply

Pros: - Silent
- Poweful
- Modular

Cons: Mine died within 8 months. Started out with coil whine getting louder and louder. Then my computer would turn off at random points. Especially during high intensity programs like games. The support was... ok. They would not send a temporary or even just a replacement until they received mine even with all the provided order numbers and such (the box details they will ship one after they send shipping information for yours). Waited a week and a half for them to recieve mine then another week to recieve the replacement. That and contacting them and waiting for responses took about a whole month. Resulting in no machine for that month. The replacement has been going strong and no problems though.

1 out of 5 eggsVERY BAD PSU

Pros: None [Unless you like bulky/clunky wiriring]
None [Unless you like a Modular Pin Connecting Bay as ticking time bomb on your PSU]

Cons: See Other Thoughts Below

Other Thoughts: Bought this PSU in late Nov 2013 (installed in last week of Jan 2014 when I had all my other hardwear ready)

The PSU Worked less than 3-4 weeks, just yestarday and today, my PC would shut down while playing a game, had to turn the PSU power switch off then back on to get my PC to boot.

Did the usual checks, still the same thing.

Thankfully I had my case open while I was checking for temps and fan activations when I pressed the power button for the last time with this PSU, the 24 Pin Connecter port on the PSU Modular bay just started smoking, so the PSU is toast, now I need to figure out what this Piece of Garbage PSU has taken with it, my GPU, CPU, MOBO, RAM, or HDD.

I'm not an over-clocker, and I don't have any power hungry peripherals either, and before I bought this PSU I made sure my GTX 780 had plenty of head room in terms of wattage

I am not happy with NZXT, at this point I will be seeking a refund. I don't want a replacement from them, even if my "brand new" replacement PSU is plastered with "80 Plus Gold" decals all over it, still not interested. If any of my other hardwear, CPU, GPU, MOBO, RAM, HDD have been damaged because of this faulty PSU, I shall be seeking full replacments of like, kind and quality from NZXT.

I will looking to other PSU Manufacurers from now on.

5 out of 5 eggsBest looking PSU

Pros: -Looks FANTASTIC in my CM Storm Stryker
-80 Plus GOLD
-Fully Modular

Cons: -First one came DOA (happens)

Other Thoughts: When I got my first one it was DOA, but NewEgg replaced it right away.
Now I have had the replacement installed for awhile now and I have not noticed any problems. Super easy to manage the cables and do not have to have any unwanted cables laying around.
And it is super quiet, Didn't even notice it turned on when I was testing it.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic PSU

Pros: -Fully modular
-Very quiet
-Gold certified
-Top fan

Cons: None available, thing runs like a champ.

Other Thoughts: I own the NZXT Phantom case and for whatever reason I couldn't get all 4 screws to line up with the PSU mounting points on the case, I only put in 2 and made sure it was stable (on the rubber nubs) and it works like a champ. Constant voltage is a must and for my future overclocking/SLI configuration needs this will be perfect! Have yet to be disappointed by NZXT!

5 out of 5 eggsMade me smile!

Pros: Building with this PSU makes things very nice and clean! It runs quiet too. Got this to pair with a Phantom 630.

Cons: The PSU had a bit of a problem fitting into the cutout on the case. The port for the power cable ends up getting a bit in the way of a bracket, but didn't remove anything or cut/break my case to make it fit, just screw it in and it fit close to perfect. Also some of the cables can be a bit short if you plan on hiding them all around the case, but nothing being creative wont fix. I also was using this on a full tower. If you have a large tower or just want to be safe, might want to get a CPU power extension cable.

Other Thoughts: Those cons were not enough to take off an egg. Although I had a bit of trouble with some of the cable lengths, mainly the CPU power cable, it was still long enough to hide behind my motherboard tray. Just not long enough to have done it how I wanted to. Hope this helps someone!
