Pros: This thing is AWESOME! It was easy to install and was the first PS I've come across to have mounting screws. The modular cables come in a little plastic tray (the width and length of the box) so you only use what you need and stow the rest. There is no voltage selector on the one sent to me, but the switch that IS there lets you choose, from bottom-to-top: *Blue LEDs *White LEDs *LEDs Off White is my favorite, but doesn't match the other LED devices in my rig.
Cons: If you are just starting a build then it will be fine, but if not: *The cables are quite stiff *The 2x 4-pin CPU connectors are a pain to get in with an after-market cooler (such as Item#:N82E16835106102) *The cube connectors (3x3 on the PS) are marginally difficult to remove *Neither guide nor product website show receptacle/rail relationships - "best guess" to keep system/drives/graphics cards/controllers on separate rails
Other Thoughts: At first I thought the PS might be defective like my last one, but it turns out it was my memory, also bought from Newegg. I didn't discover this until after a move and the 30-day return limit. If your mainboard can take both 4-pin CPU connectors, use them. It will save time later. If you have many SATA drives you may have to rearrange them. The short-circuit protection works flawlessly (found out when my fan controller shorted - the controller is now dead).
