Cons: Typically known for a great DL DVD, these verbatims sport an atrocious success to failure ratio. Use on iHas B burner, out of 2 packs (for a total of 60 discs), only 12 are successful and verify with Kprobe and ImgBurn. Usually, I purchase the verbatim 2.4x 50-packs and will exclusively use them after this experience. Terrible, terrible, terrible discs STAY AWAY! Burns perfect at 8x. I've been using these 8x DL ones for many years, they are great for backup, for anything around that max 7.96 gig mark or so or whatever else. Cons: None really, they've worked in many dvd-dl burners I've tried from LG, Plextor, Sony, to Asus. All fine at 8x. Other Thoughts: You end up wasting more money buying cheaper, inferior DVD-9s from other brands, it's not worth it. I've tried others, these are the best and should last you if kept under proper treatment. I keep mine in slimline jewel cases, in storage containers in the right. temp., but that goes for all dvd-media etc, if you want it to last.. Did you find this review helpful?
