Pros: I bought this product over 4 years ago, and I have used it in my LAN since then. It has not let me down, and has made some of the best gaming I've had possible. I love this box.

Cons: None, it has served me well since 2004.

Pros: It works, never needs to be reset, seems pretty reliable.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I needed to replace an ailing OEM SMC switch that caused weird issues with my network. My Vonage device wouldn't run consistantly while connected to the old device, and it took me a while to figure out the possible causes. This device fixed everything and I haven't had any issues yet (2 months)

it is a "smart" hub

Pros: -better than a "dumb" hub
-forwards traffic to the right computer
-the low price

Cons: Short power cord. Make sure you have an outlet near by.

Other Thoughts: can beat it for the price, not to mention the good ratings.
