Cons: The more data you put on them the lower the quality, for instance I copied some movies and the quality isn't as good as other DVD's I have used. Pros: Cheap Cons: About 1/3 of these fail to complete recording a movie in my tried and true Panasonic DVD recorder. The only brand that It doesn't like. Works OK on my computer using my LG burner but what good is a set of discs that I can never rely on? Other Thoughts: Poor packaging for shipping gave me a broken and scattered box of discs when received. May be responsible for the failed recordings; don't know? This isn't the only time but before, didn't have a problem with the disks in usage. Newegg is really blowing it on their packaging practices. Did you find this review helpful? I forgot I even bought these till I was looking through my account history and it said I needed to leave a review. I have probably burned 40 or 50 of these discs with maybe one bad disc maybe none I am not sure because I have 5 different stack of different discs because I just buy when I see a good price Cons: I found a few of these that had black spots in the actual media layer very strange but they still burn I did try to verify the data on one disc that had these black spots but nero was reading it at like 856k it would have taken hours to verify so I just played it and it plays fine even with weird black spots in the media layer.
