5 out of 5 eggsGreat deal

Pros: This power supply is working great in a recent basic build. No issues and a great price.

Cons: Still waiting on my $20 mail-in-rebate, but even without it's not a terrible buy.

4 out of 5 eggsInvalid Rebate?

Pros: Solid PSU. Hasn't died on me yet. I have an i3 3220 and hd 7850

Cons: Poor rebate service. They didn't receive UPC.

Other Thoughts: At first they said they didn't have the UPC so they filed my rebate as invalid. I called them up (took some time and patient waiting) and they transferred me to their supervisor. He said they didn't receive the UPC. I said I'm sure I sent it. After a couple minutes of talking, I think he said something like he was going to put it through and to wait a couple weeks for a rebate (I couldn't understand his accent very well). So I'm currently waiting for an update to the rebate. I'll edit this review once I get feedback.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cheap, lower quality unit

Pros: This is a CWT platform with updated capacitors. It's not great quality, but it's better than previous sub-$40 budget PSUs like delta based antecs, so it's great that in 2013 we have a better budget PSU to choose from.

It's not a very high quality PSU, but if you don't run tons of peripherals and looking to save money, it's a great PSU to buy. Definitely recommended if you are new to building computers and aren't pushing high overclocks or tons of fans and LEDs.

Cons: It IS a lower quality unit, perfectly acceptable in a build with just a couple case fans and no LEDs and inverters and tons of LEDs, but it lacks short circuit protection and will derate on a short.

The fan also emits a bit of a whine, it's not too bad but it's not the quietest unit out there.

This is an awesome unit for it's usual price of $19-29, really. And Corsair's support is some of the best in the business, this is the perfect PSU to get if you need to save money in your budget or maybe not a hardcore enthusiast.

It'll handle any single GPU system with heavy overclocks except the highest end CPU+GPUs or bulldozer + power hungry GPU. It's been shown to really have a power output more around 550w.

5 out of 5 eggsSeems good

Pros: Works well so far. The cables are a great length. I used this in a Fractal Design R4 ATX case and everything connected just fine. The R4 case is a monster, and if they had enough length for that then it should work in 99% of cases on the market.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Ill update with another review if I run into problems. Currently they are showing this as out of stock, and I hope they get more. I would definitely consider buying these again for future builds.

5 out of 5 eggsPowerMe

Pros: Fits the power build for the required setup and it was not a lemon.

Cons: No missing parts or Power issues.

Other Thoughts: Ex-Professional PC Technician assembling PC/Server/Mainframes with 7+yrs. Dealt with a lot of Corsairs TX650 and TX750 and had a lot of lemons with them. Used OCZ, Seasonic, Antec, Cooler Master PSUs on the personal side. Gave Corsair a nice chance plus the price was right.
