4 out of 5 eggsNo Problems Here

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: So far it works great with no issues.

Cons: The 12 pin connector is very unflexable. We really had a hard time getting it to plug in, but oh well. -1egg

Other Thoughts: It seems like a lot of people have had negative experiences with this and idk what to say about that. I have a friend who has had the same PSU for nearly 2 years with no problems so yeah... I'll keep everyone up to date if any issues come up for me or him.

1 out of 5 eggsNot working

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: it's corsair

Cons: It was broken when it showed up, ticking and no power lights just flash that's all. threw away the box so I can't return it. because I have built over 300+ PCs with this PSU I know it's the PSU not the PC wish I could get the 80$ back.

5 out of 5 eggsGood power supply

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: Clean look when installed since this is a semi modular PSU. PSU is well built and does not feel flimsy or cheap. It came with a heavier duty cord that my factory dell machine came with. I also like the fact that it came with an abundance of cables for various hardware. The integrated motherboard and CPU power cables are the perfect length to be able to hide the out of sight on the back side of the case and then come back through and plug into the motherboard.

Cons: None what so ever.

Other Thoughts: I would buy this power supply again. I mean for the price your getting a quality product.

3 out of 5 eggsLOVE that it's modular! Corsair rebates suck, though.

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: -I've never had a modular PSU before, this thing is GREAT.
-Powers all my components, no issues yet.

Cons: Read the fine print. Most manufacturers give you 30 days to mail in a rebate claim, Corsair only gives 21. It's annoying, but I guess that's the point of rebates. They want you to forget so they don't have to pay up.

2 out of 5 eggsCrapped out in a year

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: N\A

Cons: I bought this product about one year ago. Last month I started getting random shutdowns, followed by an error message saying that power surges were coming from the power supply. (yes I have a surge protector) I was very surprised because Ive had good experiences with corsair in the past. My old 450W PSU still works after about 8 years of use. Using a borrowed PSU, having no issuse.

5 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: Super quiet, semi modular, flexible wires very good for hiding wires for airflow.

Cons: On arrival the clip on the 24 pin mobo connector was broken, used anyway.

Other Thoughts: Highly recommend

1 out of 5 eggsFailed with damage

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: Quiet while it worked. Thought the PFC would help protect me.

Cons: This unit failed while I was away from home for 4 days. The unit was behind a surge protector, and no other items in the protector are damaged. A component burst inside the unit, and now my PC won't POST. Swapping a known good PSU yields the same result. This unit not only failed but took at least my motherboard with it. Absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed and angry that I spent a little extra on a PSU from a well known brand supposedly known for quality. I will never buy another Corsair product.

1 out of 5 eggsWould not buy.

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: It works sometime

Cons: Whines and screeches a lot
Randomly shuts off at a 500wish load or higher
Corsair support refuses to accept my exchange request, telling me that whining is a sufficient reason to get a replacement.
Even though I have told them again and again it shuts off under moderate load.

Other Thoughts: I have usually had good experience with Corsair.. but this situation with this PSU has changed that.

5 out of 5 eggsSold on Corsair power supplies

This review is from: CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified

Pros: My third corsair power supply (all different models) and I highly recommend them. Very high quality and reliable. This one was no exception

Cons: I have no complaints with any corsair power supply. They've never gone bad and I've never had issues.

Other Thoughts: This could be just my own ignorance, but I dont' understand why pci cables for video cards are so complex and still needing an adapter. I feel like a standard is due? Just a random thought.
