Great Power Supply! Great Price!
- Pros: Plenty of power cables, plenty long enough! Nice and quiet!
Plenty of power, powering 5 internal harddrives, DVD burner, 2 EVGA GTS 250 video cards, Creative Labs X-FI Extreme sound card.

- Other Thoughts: I do have this installed in a AZZA full tower case with:
1 x 120mm fan in rear
2 x 140mm blue LED silent fan (19DBA) in front
1 x 230mm blue LED silent fan (24DBA) on top
1 x 230mm blue LED silent fan (24DBA) on the
It looks nice...
- Pros: When I got the first one it worked fine for a week or two. The LEDs look nice and it runs fairly quiet and cool...
- Cons: ...until the fan stops spinning. Then it makes a horrible whining sound. Occassionaly it will decide to spin, then it makes a warbling whining sound. This also seems to come hand in hand with random freezing. The replacement I got for my RMA was DOA, on the first boot I got a loud pop and nothing else. I'm still without a computer and trying to get this fixed.
And, as many other people have said, Newegg lists incorrect amperages for the 12V rails. They are 29A, 29A, 25A, and 25A; they are not all 30A.
- Other Thoughts: This is enough to steer me away from Apevia. I hope you don't make the same mistake.
False Rails
- Pros: The psu itself looks appealing and is in a nice metallic like case. Small, fits inside my NZXT Nemisis Elite with room to spare. As far as quality, looks, performace I will return with a edited opinion. This is my first day and Just recieved it and noticed something I saw others mention that appears to be true....
- Cons: NOT 30amp rails... I have 2 at 29 2 at 25... Ok although I know this PSU is overall very powerfull, but for those who are looking for something to meet their power hog needs, one must be careful with how the power is going to be distributed to certain hardware. I am hopeing to get 2 Ati Radeon HD's crossfired and after all my calculations i was going to need 1100-1200 watts of power and was suggested to be on 30a rails. Now im going to take the risk to see whats going to happen 2 my new iCore 7 and brand new build pc. Please fix this discription and pictures for the product as I recieved the 12v rails are not 30a's.
- Other Thoughts: Intrested to see how this baby works performance wise, for a quick overall opinion, for the price, it sounds to good to be true, as I was proven that the rails are falsely printed on this product and are not 30a. So far ups, and downs, but much more opionating to be done. I will eidt soon with updates..
