5 out of 5 eggsSuper Duper. (With update)

Pros: Sleek, Fancy looking, very straight forward. Tons of cables and connections to use, (I had a lot left over - other than taking up space for air flow, no biggie to me) Super shipping Newegg, thanks!

Cons: Cables need to be longer, at least for me. I have a Corsair T760, with an MSI 970a-G45 mobo, and the longest cables wouldnt reach behind the motherboard for the GPU cable concealment, wasn't a big huge issue for me because im not "one of those" guys, but if i were, i would care.

Other Thoughts: I have only had it 1 day, so I'll be doing a follow up - after a month or so of playing WOW, and using various apps like photoshop and Elements as well. UPDATE: After having it for 5+ years now, the +12v Voltage is now at 15.00v and googles telling me to replace it. It still works though, my AIO cooler is running at purple (Antec 650 Kuhler has an led to tell how hot the cpu is) white being coolest. So Id say for the 64 bucks, it was well worth what i got out of it. No fan issues, nothing until a week ago. ; )

1 out of 5 eggsDo not buy this!!!!

Pros: Its a power supply. No real pros there.

Cons: Bought on in Feb now its April and the unit has stopped working. Apevia customer service is terrible called them to expedite the warranty claim and got hung up on while I was trying to send them the order invoice.

Other Thoughts: Stay away from this company altogether. yeah it gets a 1 star only beacause you can't give it a 0

1 out of 5 eggsGood look, Bad fan

Pros: The shiny blue is very nice in my case!

Cons: The fan died within two weeks, making my system crash every time I used it for the PSU's purpose.... Gaming

Other Thoughts: Please don't buy this without the warranty, and don't void it! The fan will probably break within a few weeks of purchasing.

Manufacturer Response:

You can do an RMA through us for the power supply to get an exchange on the PSU if you are still under our one-year warranty period. You can contact Apevia's customer service at service@apevia.com or call at (909) 718-0789. We try to reply to all calls and e-mails as soon as we can.

1 out of 5 eggsI thought I was saving money... BUT NO

Pros: Cheap

Cons: only 1 year warranty
sketchy functionality

Other Thoughts: I purchased this power supply for a budget performance PC I built a year and a half ago. Back then my main concern was money, so I just found the cheapest power supply for my application and went with it. What a mistake!!! The fan acted strange from the beginning. It would flicker on and off every couple of seconds, and made strange buzzing noises. I took the fan out of the power supply and replaced it with another one powered by the motherboard. That worked for a while, but I realized later that it was supplying dirty power, causing system crashes every once in a while. About a week after the warranty expired it died completely. I learned not to trust cheap power supplies... EVER!!! Unless you're barely able to afford food for yourself, then get something of better quality.

5 out of 5 eggsDoes the trick so far

Pros: Seems to work fine. more than enough power to do what I want with the new build. Hasn't failed yet. Quiet, or I can't hear its fan through the slight hum of the other fans I got in the case.

Cons: cables could be just a little longer. Some of them are long, but my thoughts are the more Watts the PS produces, the more space assumed in the case, thus longer the wires. I know this is not perfect logic, so no egg removal for it.

Other Thoughts: I'm using this for a personal ESXi 6 server, so I needed as much airflow as possible, because I want to eventually have up to 5 VMs running on this thing simultaneously.
My build included:

3 out of 5 eggsIt's alright

Pros: Ran great for a while.

Cons: PSU is a little bit louder than the other fans in my system, but I can't tell whether it is actually loud or not - fans are primarily on my radiator. It might not be loud and just seems like it due to how quiet everything else is.

Only real con was my PSU started having issues after using it for around a year, causing random reboots due to my mobo surge protection.

Other Thoughts: Like anything else, components can be hit or miss even when you're talking about the most reputable of them.
