5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: price :)
still running perfectly after a year
blue light is a plus

Cons: that filling out "cons" is mandatory

Other Thoughts: I was worried it would catch fire or something being so cheap however its been around a year and its still running perfectly. I play BF3 and SC2 all day sometimes and its powering a 7870 and i5 3570k. good psu i recommend it if you aren't overclocking and running sli or something.

1 out of 5 eggsgarbage

Pros: pretty blue light and 4 pci-e connectors

Cons: complete garbage Fried after 5 minutes of 2 7870's that ran fine on a 550watt supply.

Manufacturer Response:

You can do an RMA through us for the power supply to get an exchange on the PSU if you are still under our warranty period. You can contact Apevia's customer service at service@apevia.com or call at (909) 718-0789. We try to reply to all calls and e-mails as soon as we can.

4 out of 5 eggsIt works.

Pros: At first I thought it was DOA. Was trying to just power on my cold cathodes, but didn't know it has to be plugged into the motherboard (Which i wasn't able to do since i've yet to get all my parts.) So than I paperclip tested it and sure enough, the beautiful blue leds came on and the fans.

Cons: None that I know of.

Other Thoughts: I gave it one less for the simple fact i have not tested it on the motherboard.

5 out of 5 eggsDecent so far

Pros: 700w For $30. Nice little led. Works for me.

Cons: The cables are a bit of a stiff nightmare. But it's $30.

Other Thoughts: I ordered. It works. I'm happy.

1 out of 5 eggsCANNOT TAKE A LOAD + FREE FIREWORKS

Pros: it was not DOA
good psu if you like playing games for only 10 minutes and then unplugging your pc to exit a game unexpectedly

quiet fan, but sure hope you like electronic burn smell

Cons: not a believable 700 watts. my pc barely uses over 500. a 600w psu used to power my rig until fine until i got this (for the extra pci-e 6pin cables)

blew up after 10 mins of playing Dead Space 3

Other Thoughts: if you need a 700w power supply and plan on using high end parts or mid range SLI, DON'T GET THIS

save yourself 2 rma's, 2 shipping costs, hours of frustration, time, and money.........

please....look elsewhere..... get yourself a nice 750w for around $100 and be happy.

700w at $40... IS too good to be true.

Pros: Price, quiet when it works

Cons: died after 11 months, 8 pin cable is short

1 out of 5 eggsNever worked

Pros: None that I am aware of.

Cons: Got first one and it failed to even power up. DOA. Got RMA through Newegg and it was replaced quickly. Second one had the same exact issue. Since I have to pay shipping for each RMA I am not even going to attempt a third.

Other Thoughts: I appreciate the speed at which Newegg handled the issue, so a thumbs up there. But 2 separate DOA with the same exact issue? Makes me doubt the quality of products from Apevia. I have used Apevia previously without fault but now I am unsure if I will order again from them.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA!

Pros: Nice looking.
Great spec advertised.

Cons: Came DOA. I could not do a Rma because newegg requires you to print a paper off and stick it to the original shipping box.
I dont own a printer and Im not going to go looking for one because Im disabled and how no way to look for one...
Im now only ordering stuff from new egg unless I have to.
Iv spent a quite a far amount of money with new egg over the years. I had issues with almost everything iv ordered this time around. Check out TRITTON Kunai Stereo Headset for Wii U and Dsi, by Mad Catz - Black

Other Thoughts: Looked like a nice lil set up. I can see why it was on sale so low.
