Does this power supply have transient protection to the input.due to lightening or power line transients that aren't suppressed by the utility providing the power?

If you're asking about built in surge protection, then no, I don't believe it does. Even if it did, when it comes to my PC's safety it never hurts to be a little redundant and plug it into an external surge protector

Yes, this is a standard atx power supply. Ididn't even notice that in the description, don't know what it means if anything. It has all the connectors needed except 6-pin pci-e connectors. None. It has molex, sata, cpu, and 24-pin connectors, you will need adapters for a graphics card.

What does "No Power Supply" mean?

I'm not sure. I ordered this power supply and it worked great, no issues with it.
