5 out of 5 eggsFinally Died :(

Pros: I rate this 5 stars because its almost 9 years old, I have used it in multiple systems, and was always the PSU I choose too use for my machine. I am extremely happy with this product and when It died, it died peacefully.

Cons: Unfortunately after 9 years, the warranty is over. LOL! But too be honest, a good warranty from their competitor would have also been 5 years, so I am not unhappy.

Other Thoughts: Thank You SEASONIC! It was a great pleasure to use your product! Keep up the good work!

5 out of 5 eggsAlmost 6 years!

Pros: Purchased this PS at the same time as CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD 1500VA 900W UPS. New history dictates this may be bad as the PS is Active PFC.

Cons: CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD 1500VA 900W UPS may cause problems with this power supply. Mine just died last week.

Other Thoughts: CyberPower is supposed to have a page noting power supplies that will fail, have yet to find.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat, quiet PSU

Pros: - 700W, 80+
- Well-built modular design, high-quality housing
- TONS of extra connectors, molex, sata, 4-pin etc. that you can attach as needed
- Newer molex connectors which are just squeezed to connect/disconnect rather than having to pry on/off
- 6-pin or 2X4-pin CPU power
- Two fans, smaller one only turns on when required
- Fans aren't audible at all over my other case fans which are whisper quiet
- Mobo power connectors are longer than most which is great for routing through cable management.

Cons: It is not made of bacon.

Other Thoughts: I bought this PSU from a friend of mine who used it for a couple of years with no issues whatsoever, and I expect to have no problems with it.

1 out of 5 eggsquit working

Pros: quiet
well constructed cables

Cons: only worked for a few minutes and then the 12v rails gave it up had to RMA
Have to mount it upside down in a case like the Antec 1200 or 900 (not a big deal)

Other Thoughts: Have to give this a low rating but it sure is a nice PS

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quiet, rock solid, modular.

Cons: Somewhat stiff cables.

Other Thoughts: This PSU went into my Antec P182 case as a long-term investment. I'm planning on it lasting me through at least 1-2 builds, and so far, I can say that it's doing so. It is dead silent, and I've never had a problem related to power with the system. The cables were long enough to reach all the connections I needed them to - even when routed through the significantly longer cable-management systems of the Antec case. The modular system is nice because it means I don't have extra cables clogging up the inside of the case. The cables WERE a little on the stiff side, but the overall quality of the PSU more than makes up for the minor inconvenience of the stiff cabling.

5 out of 5 eggsI love Seasonic

Pros: This is a quite PSU. I have owned dozens of SeaSonic PSU's and have never really had a noisy one. This one has nice sleaved cables. Almost all of the cables have good length. all the cable lengths were good and It installed nice into my P-180 with the exception of one.

Cons: The 8 pin CPU Cable is to short. the 4 pin is long enough though. you would think they would make these the same length.

Other Thoughts: I have a P-180 case, Asus P6T deluxe v2, With a a Zalman led9900. The 8 pin power cable was short and would not reach although the 4 pin would. I found this to be ridiculous. the cable extension cost me around 8 bucks. thought that was to high priced. but all in all great power supply.

5 out of 5 eggsSmooth Power

Pros: Quiet, rock stable, cool running under any load, essentially no vdroop on any rail.

Cons: Molex connectors could be a tad better.

Other Thoughts: This does what a PSU is supposed to do...work without any second thoughts. Don't let the price put you off.

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet, Easy, Nice

Pros: 700W and 80+, dependable name, modular, tons of plugs.

Cons: Somewhat stiff and you'll likely have one extra 12-pin plug since it has a 24, 4, and 12 not modular.

Other Thoughts: Quiet is an understatement. You won't know it's on.

5 out of 5 eggsGood as always

Pros: It's got the power I need, it's quiet, and it's a good brand. Runs a 955BE and ATI 4890 with no problems.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've been a Seasonic guy ever since I had two Antec's melt on me. I haven't been let down yet.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I got it to replace an older PSU whose fan was starting to drone loudly. This one is nice and quiet. Runs cool. Very high quality internals... this is one of the best you can buy.

Cons: None whatsoever.
