5 out of 5 eggsGreat Choice for Small Form Factor

Pros: Quiet, powerful for its size

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Probably the best choice for a TFX form factor power supply. If you're needing to buff up a small form factor computer, this is the one to get.

1 out of 5 eggsFull Modular is Lies

Pros: Newegg shipping, as always, was excellent. The product, however, was not only useless but a complete shill.

Cons: This product was Dead On Arrival. Of all PC components, a power supply is probably the one that should have the most QA performed on it. Furthermore, I bought this expensive $80 power supply because I expected "Full Modular" to imply that I could connect to the power supply only the power cables I would need for my system. As it turns out, "Full Modular" in this product's description means "not modular at all." The only difference between this and a standard TFX12V power supply is that you have to plug the bundle of cables into the box before installing it.

Manufacturer Response:

Hi Michael, I am sorry about your experience with our power supply. Please contact our USA office and we will sort out your issue as soon as possble.

As for definition of Full Modular, from our perspective when the cables are modular, then it can be disconnected completely from the power supply unit and does not define if the cables are in a bundle or not. Due to the limited back panel size, the number of connectors are limited and therefore, this limits the cable set options.

If you have questions or concerns about this issue, please contact me at: newegg@seasonicus.com Thank You.

3 out of 5 eggsSeaSonic SS-350TGM PSU

Pros: It has worked with no problems. Plenty of MOLEX ports.

Cons: The SATA power is all on a single strand so it would be hard to connect HDD's that use this type of power that are far away from the CD drives due to lack of cable length.

Other Thoughts: Kinda feels cheaply made, but PSU's are cheap to begin with and are the disposable part of a computer.

5 out of 5 eggsThe power!

Pros: - 350 watts in a TFX form factor.
- Modular cables
- 80 plus gold efficient
- Seasonic PSU's are solid.

Cons: - Modular cables are sort of useless unless you want to sleeve them or something, because you need all of them to be plugged in anyway.

- It's a bit noisy.

1 out of 5 eggsNoisy!

Pros: Variable fan actually works! Cables not an issue like all the other people on here.

Cons: Very noisy power supply, and not the fan...the power supply itself! I have owned hundreds of power supplies over the years and have never ever heard one emit the high pitch whine that this one does! Obviously I hope it is just a defective unit...

Other Thoughts: Using as a replacement for a Dell 620S since i needed more power connections to add pci-e usb 3.0 cards.

4 out of 5 eggsCable mess

Pros: 80 plus Gold Certified, great efficiency. Quiet and powerful.

Cons: "Full Modular" I think not. From the pictures it looks like there are two cables included, one being a standard 24 pin cable. This is not the case, there are two plugs on the PSU, yes, but there is one single giant cable monster that plugs into both. The cables are so bulky I had to remove the case fan from my IN WIN BP655 case because the cables wouldn't fit, fortunately I have a 120mm fan on my CPU cooler and it manages by itself. Perhaps this PSU is "modular" because you could buy your own wires and plugs and make your own cables to fit it.

Think twice before buying if you have a cramped case.

5 out of 5 eggsBest TFX out there

Pros: Fit in a 8 year old A-Open Slim Line desktop case(old Pentium 3 system) had lying around. Runs as a Media PC now using Phenom II X4 965BE

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This thing is uber quiet. I never hear the fan in it running. Very stable voltages across the board after 6 months of nearly constant use. My cpu fan makes more noise.
