5 out of 5 eggsThe power!

Pros: - 350 watts in a TFX form factor.
- Modular cables
- 80 plus gold efficient
- Seasonic PSU's are solid.

Cons: - Modular cables are sort of useless unless you want to sleeve them or something, because you need all of them to be plugged in anyway.

- It's a bit noisy.

1 out of 5 eggsNoisy!

Pros: Variable fan actually works! Cables not an issue like all the other people on here.

Cons: Very noisy power supply, and not the fan...the power supply itself! I have owned hundreds of power supplies over the years and have never ever heard one emit the high pitch whine that this one does! Obviously I hope it is just a defective unit...

Other Thoughts: Using as a replacement for a Dell 620S since i needed more power connections to add pci-e usb 3.0 cards.

4 out of 5 eggsCable mess

Pros: 80 plus Gold Certified, great efficiency. Quiet and powerful.

Cons: "Full Modular" I think not. From the pictures it looks like there are two cables included, one being a standard 24 pin cable. This is not the case, there are two plugs on the PSU, yes, but there is one single giant cable monster that plugs into both. The cables are so bulky I had to remove the case fan from my IN WIN BP655 case because the cables wouldn't fit, fortunately I have a 120mm fan on my CPU cooler and it manages by itself. Perhaps this PSU is "modular" because you could buy your own wires and plugs and make your own cables to fit it.

Think twice before buying if you have a cramped case.

5 out of 5 eggsBest TFX out there

Pros: Fit in a 8 year old A-Open Slim Line desktop case(old Pentium 3 system) had lying around. Runs as a Media PC now using Phenom II X4 965BE

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: This thing is uber quiet. I never hear the fan in it running. Very stable voltages across the board after 6 months of nearly constant use. My cpu fan makes more noise.

5 out of 5 eggsRuns a quad core Phenom II and HD-7750

Pros: From my research, this is the best PSU in the TFX form factor. It offers more current on the 12V rail than any 400W model I have found.

I would prefer the SS-350TGW, as the modular cables interfere with the 80mm fan loccation on my In-Win BL631 case. There is also no benefit to the Modular, as there are only two plugs and the wire harness is all tied into one assembly.

Cons: Modular sounds good, but offers no benefit. It results in added clearance requirements on the back of the PSU, which seems a poor choice on a PSU for SFF cases.

5 out of 5 eggsThis is how they all should be made

Pros: Fit absolutely perfectly into my HP Pavilion Slimline s5380t PC. Fan aligned with case cover cutouts, rear plug cutouts, and internal case lock tab. Well done. Whisper quiet even on 3DMark11 load. I bought this TFX PSU to upgrade the video adapter, CPU, and HDD of this unit from stock and am very pleased with this product.

Cons: I would rather SeaSonic not include the three case screws and instead include a few nylon ties. It's a big wad of cables to get neatly tucked into a small case like the HP Slimline. And why would I need screws for a replacement PSU anyway?

Other Thoughts: 3 year warranty is icing on the cake.

5 out of 5 eggsInstalled in mini-ITX Case

Pros: This Seasonic SS-350TGM power supply fit in a Foxconn RM-224 mini-ITX case with only a minor modification to the case. To make the power supply fit perfectly, I had to grind away about 1/8" at the rear of the case.

That is, I had to enlarge a small area on the rear of the case so that the plastic surrounding the power plug would fit through to the back of the case. A small grinding wheel on a hand drill did the job in a couple of minites. One could also use a file for this job, if needed. Not all cases would need this modification.

Otherwise, the power supply fit perfectly. I removed the 150 watt power supply that came with the Foxconn case, and upgraded it with this Seasonic 350 watt unit.

I had no issues with the bundle of cables that comes with the Seasonic power supply. I simply hid the unused cables under the cage holding the CD-ROM drive. I don't see why anyone would blame Seasonic for ones own failure to not notice that this power supply has no detachable cables. This arrangement is in plain sight and Seasonic makes no claim to the contrary.

My computer runs Windows 8, with a 65W Intel i7-3770s 3.1GHz processor, and a PowerColor HD-7750 low profile video card. It also has the other typical items, such as a motherboard, CD-ROM drive, SSD hard drive, etc.

Cons: This power supply has no cons worthy of mentioning.

Other Thoughts: I like the 80 plus gold efficiency of this power supply. This means it produces power with less heat than lower efficiency rated power supplies.
