on SeaSonic's website the unit is actually black and cables are black, this shows a silver unit with white cables. which is it actually?

The unit is grey with standard colored wires (red, black, yellow, etc) wrapped in black mesh.

Question 2

I recently purchased this Power Supply.  Unfortunately, it produces a noticeably loud annoying chirping/buzzing noise.  Are you're units silent or do they also produce chirping noises?  I am not referring to the Fan in the unit, but the electronics within.

Yes it does make a buzzing noise as its converting AC to DC however the noise seems to decrease as you use more power haha it's weird but it's a good power supply the fan doesn't even spin if you use less then 50% of the total power 
You can think of it as kinda like a laptop power adapter some make soundes.
But overall it's a great power supply it doesn't get hot even when my computer is in full load, my full load only pulled about 160 watts and the power supply is just warm  but I would agree the sound is kinda annoying but you'll get used to it plus the fans in the computer will cover up the sounds a little bit

What are the dimensions of this product? Also is their a 14, 20 or 24 pin connector for the motherboard? Thanks.

The dimensions are  7 inches by 3 3/8 inches by 2 1/2 inches. There are 18 and 24 pin connectors on the power supply itself. The cable end labeled "MB side" is a 24 pin connector.

What's the watts? Will it fit on my Lenovo H520s?

The Watts are 350W.  It appears you have a Slim Line computer and this should fit your slim line Lenovo.  Your replacement PSU should be at the same size and dimension as the old PSU.  If your old PSU is 300 then 350 is better and is compatible.  If your old PSU is 400 Watts then 350 Watts will not have enough power.  Make sure your 3.3V / 5V and / 12 Volt lines in the SS-350TGM PSU has more Amps than your old PSU.  Read the label on the side of your old PSU to see the Volts, Amps per output line 3.3V / 5V and 12V lines and compare them with a new PSU you are considering.

Question 5

What is the AC input? I need it to be 110V and 220V AC input.

The AC input for this power supply is 100-240V 50/60Hz 
This is a great power supply been using it for almost a year and no problems at all. Even better when the power usage load is under 50% just under 150 watts the fan on the power supply dose not even spin because it doesn't need to.  I would recommend this power supply with an Intel build cause they are more efficient and consume less power. My computer is an core i7 and more then half the time the power supply fan doesn't spin cause the power load is under 50%

It's worth the price, you get what you pay for indeed.

Can I connect a solid state drive and two hdd to this unit? I can't quite tell from the cable pictures.

You're correct: from this picture no one can tell !!! What you is the best of it's kind Sea Sonic Power Supply. All you need to define what type. Some of them sold as bulk ( no wires ) modular PS for those who wants to replace only. Some Modular Retail version with the plugin wires, however you better buy version with wires coming out of PS ( hard connected )  300Watts SS-300TFX, check one more time with NEWEGG under POWER SUPPLY and choose SEASONIC and will see wires on the picture!!! The power will be more than enough.

Where can I find modular cables for this unit?

I'd purchased same power supply and RETAIL version comes with the plugin cables. This is excellent power supply of it's kind ! Only other type comes without cables in hope that you will replace already installed power supply. If you're looking for cables only... try E-Bay or appeal to Dealers who can buy parts from China direct... look at internet and call to those on phone and some of them might will be interested.
