Is there anyway to turn off the LED light?

No The only way would be to open the power supply and VOID the warranty. If you have a case with a bottom mounted power supply it will not show as much only out the back

will this work on my build im using a AMD FX processor Quad Core and ASUS MotherBoard with NVIDIA Grapics Card And A few LED Fans?

I'm glad the others had good luck with their RaidMax RX-535AP. I really liked the look and size and thought it was fine until I added a decent video card. When playing games that needed more power in high settings mode it would crash (lots of black screens of death). I replaced it with a Cooler Master V700 and have not had a single problem since. Since I couldn't send it back to Newegg I called RaidMax and they gave me a RMA to ship back for replacement. It just arrived but don't have a need to test new one to see if the problem was simply a bad unit. Right now, the Cooler Master V700 is rocking it! Does this PSU support the new C6/C7 power states of Intel Haswell processors?

On Raidmax's site, they have an announcement listing all of their processors that are compatible with Haswell. This model is listed.
