5 out of 5 eggsW0011PFC Review

Comments: Newegg is fast!!! I bought two of these from Newegg. These PSUs are stable. I have not had any problems. They look super nice inside my TT cases. The 2 fans are super nice, especially since I can slow it down. The fans do make some noise, but I am not one to complain about fan noise, as long as my system is at a decent temp and I can't hear the toddlers crying when I am doing my homework. Works for me! Eric

Comments: Using it with the Xaser VM-2000A tower.
Great PS, enough power for some serious overclocking.
Fans are great, but noise level is almost unbearable at full power. Extra cables can be easily hidden in my small tower.

Comments: Bought the extra power for my machine, hasn't had a hickup yet. Even comes with a fan speed control knob that can be placed in one of the front drive bays. kinda handy.

Athlon 64 3200+
Abit KV8 MAX3
Corsair 512mb x2
WD Raptor HD
Seagate Barracuda SATA HD
Plextor 712A DVD writer
Radion 9600 XT

as well as a 120mm fan in the front, an 80mm on the back, and an 80mm on the side.

Comments: This is a very nice (and heavy) unit, gives clean stable power to anything you throuw at it and the fans can be adjusted to push more air than the Antec Truepower units. And it's very reasonably priced. Another reason to love this PSU: with 480W and enough connectors to power 2 PC's, it's just waiting to be hooked up to the new power-hungry NVIDIA and ATI flagship cards coming out in mid 2004, the cards that will require two molexes! Its been rock solid since I bought it 4 months ago and it future-proofed my gaming rig! Highly recommended PSU.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome power supply and quiet!!

Comments: I picked this baby up because I was running out of power (3 SCSI 15ks, 2 DVD+RW, 3 250GB) and with an overclocked barton at 2.3, my 5V line was dipping. The adjustable fan on this thing is AWESOME, I barely hear a thing anymore. Thermaltake Rules!! And so of course does Newegg, who delivered my stuff one day early. Again.

Comments: This unit took a **** after 3 weeks of normal operation on a normal P4 machine. I thought TT was better than this

Comments: Excellent quality; nice and quiet. Lots of connectors on long wires (which could be a problem in a small case). I love it and will use it in future systems I build.

Comments: I purchased this PSU because of it's "pure power" and I wasn't disappointed! With 480w it has more than enough power for you computer and comes with a dizzying number of connectors! The fans are marvelous. I used this baby in conjunction with my Cooler Master Praetorian case for my Athlon 64 system and I can only say that it's like a meat locker in there. Good price and good quality and I highly recommend it.
