5 out of 5 eggsSupplies power

Pros: This PSU does everything it advertized and was on sale. I usually check reviews of PSUs from JonnyGuru, hardware secrets, or other web sites before making a purchase, due to the difficulty of actually testing PSUs. This power supply gets better reviews than the previous toughpower units and has worked for me without a hiccup.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: Please check reviews on PSUs before you buy them and stay away from the cheapo units, there are a few things you should scrimp on when purchasing PC parts and the PSU is probably the most important part of all.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: -Semi-Modular (the only cables attached are the Motherboard and CPU power connectors, which is a necessity anyways)
-Cable Management is a breeze with these cables, and the cables are easy to distinguish
-80 Plus Bronze Certified is always nice to have
-675w is more than enough for what I use it for
-Aesthetically pleasing

Cons: -The plastic retention on one of my mid SATA connectors broke which isn't too big of a deal but a bit disappointing, it forced me to add an additional cable I didn't want to add, -1 egg for that

5 out of 5 eggsBeautiful PSU

Pros: Modular.(SO HELPFUL)
So many cables.
Large fan.
Very styling for black cases.

Cons: Power cable could stand to be a tad longer, but that could be easily fixed.

Other Thoughts: With it being modular, I was able to route power to my optical, HDD, mobo, fans and LEDs on my case with ease.

5 out of 5 eggsLove this PSU

Pros: This is a great PSU. It's got 675 Watts so it will do for most everyone's needs. Cable management it quite easy in that it is modular.

Cons: I found the main mobo power connector a little difficult to rout but nothing to take an egg off for.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: This thing is WAY better than I expected! Right when you get the box you know it is going to be a quality psu! It has 3 lights on the side that are pretty nice. (green if that matters too you) Modular made my new rig look absolutely stunning! I used the box to put all my extra screws and accessories in because it was such a quality box. ;-) Ready for SLI! Cables are nicley labled!

Cons: Only 675w?????

4 out of 5 eggsPSU

Pros: Good power supply due to the following: modular, nice dark green (picture shows lighter than it is), status lights, 675w and 80+ efficiency, 56 amps on 12v rail!, 4 PCI-E power connectors, quiet and stays cool.

Cons: while turned off it makes a high pitch sound. checked and double checked and it comes from the psu. did research and it doesnt sound like this is a real problem but a coil design.

Other Thoughts: I am happy with this power supply. I was going to go with Corsair, but why pay more when Thermaltake makes pretty good quality products also.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU, large single rail.

Pros: Worked right out of the box. Cable management great in my CM Haf 912. Love that it ran cool and stable on Prime95. I didn't have any of the problems that some of the other reviews stated. Got it for 59.99 shipped, I have never had a problem with the egg.

Cons: When it arrived, it didn't unpack its self. Also, it didn't cook breakfast.

4 out of 5 eggsGood except for one thing

Pros: The cables are thick and braided
Usually silent

Cons: I'm also hearing a slight ticking noise and it is also making me really nervous, it sounds almost like a really quiet hard drive spinning.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Modular design, meaning you connect the cables that you actually need and leave out the ones you don't. Which in turn reduces clutter inside the case, especially if you have the PSU holder on top-side of the case. So with this you don't have to braid your unused power cables or make bow ties out of them to make sure they don't get in the way of other components. Fewer cabled inside the case also means improved airflow. The unit feels very solid as well. Feels like I could drop from a second story window and it'll come off with just a few scratches. 675 watts should be enough for the average person. The last PSU I've used (also Thermaltake), I had to wrestle with the 24-pin connector; I felt like I might break the board because it was so tight and wouldn't come off. The 24-pin motherboard plug on this PSU is just the right fit. The cables and connectors are solid but flexible, if that makes sense.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: For me, this PSU powers an ASRock Pro 3 motherboard, two 4-gig RAM sticks, three 120mm fans, one SSD, three hard drives, a CD drive, and a Radion HD6770 video card (overclocked, but stock voltage). Had this PSU for about a month. So far, no problems whatsoever.

4 out of 5 eggssilent!! except for one thing..

Pros: very quiet
powerful
modular

Cons: there is one atx 12 volt 4+4 connector and an 8 pin eps/atx connector on one wire ??? it kind of messes around with cable management as only the 4+4 connector was able to reach my motherboard.

Other Thoughts: there is a transformer (form a very large transformer) like ticking noise. i can only really notice it if the computer is turned off and im a few feet away from the psu itself, but im a little concerned if its a sign of a bad psu.
other then that its still a very great product, it seems a bit pricy but i got it for 60 bucks on sale so i guess you cant beat it for that price
