1 out of 5 eggsWorked for roughly 5 hours

Pros: none

Cons: Lasted less than a day

Other Thoughts: I have never built a PC before, decided to pick up a newegg supercombo. Not very technologically inclined, assumed that a "full-solution" would be everything I needed. Went way over my budget to get a video card, disk drive, and OS so that I could actually use my "full solution" , only to have the power supply die the day I finally got it running. Spent an additional $90 at local repair shop to determine that nothing else fried, they replaced it with functional power as well. So far, newegg support answers all my questions with "we cannot guarantee compatability", when this was an issue of false advertising and defective products. Horrible experience all around with this company, I thought I would enjoy building a PC, and they have made it a nightmare.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat budget PSU

Pros: Comes with all the connectors a builder who isn't doing a super-high end build would need, and the PSU itself is built out of quality components. Can easily push modest-to-mid-high end builds.

Cons: Not modular, but not a deal-breaker.

Other Thoughts: It doesn't look fancy and it's not modular, but it works and that's what counts. Not really much else to say about it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Great PSU. I've had this for nearly 5 years, running multiple builds with this psu. This thing is rock solid and still going strong. Never had any coil whine on any card.

Cons: Only thing missing would be an 80+ Power Efficiency certification, but that doesn't take away from the review.

5 out of 5 eggsso far so good

Pros: I got it pretty cheap, it worked and seems to hold the voltages in spec. it has 2 PCIe 6 pin connectors for some of the larger video cards. These seem to have mixed reviews so I will revise later if need be the Sata plugs are separate wires to make it better for spacing of the optical and hdds.

Cons: it is not 80% efficient, it is not modular

Other Thoughts: I got this for a budget build that I might later want to put a large video card in but didn't want to spend the cash on an Antec or Coursiar Sea sonic etc.... in fact this was less than half the price of them at the time I got it
