Not very good
- Pros: It looks nice
- Cons: Fan position actually can't draw air through the case and would require modification to do so. Stops unexpectedly and disconnects randomly. I've verified it's not the hard drive.
- Other Thoughts: This was cheap enough that I should have known better than to buy it. The fan issue isn't as big of a deal as the fact that it has electrical problems and won't stay connected. Switching the fan on and off will cause it to reconnect, so the flaw is actually fairly obvious.
Does the job
- Pros: It works.
- Cons: The small power switch very annoying (-1 star). Also USB 2 is to slow for doing large backups.
- Other Thoughts: Got a BYTECC ME-350V3-SATACOMBO and a Seagate 500GB SATA. For me this is a much better solution.
Simple and efficient.
- Pros: Easy 5 minute set-up, no problems detecting on either of my computers, keeps cool, quiet.
- Cons: none so far
- Other Thoughts: cords are long enough for me, i also read a review that said it didn't fit together right. it worked perfectly for me.
