5 out of 5 eggsEnough power when it's needed

Pros: Runs two HD 6950 video cards with FX-8350 processor OC'd without any issues. Modular where it counts with plenty of PCI-e power plugs.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: The longevity of PSUs is kind of hit-or-miss. I've had good luck in the past with other brands, but for the price I was convinced to test COOLMAX.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Power Supply

Pros: Great PSU for the cost. Its handles my overclocked 2600K and SLI setup with no problems. The modular lines are nicely sleeved. Its a great money saver if your on a budget and want a decent semi-modular power supply. Waiting for a GTX 690 then I can put more load on this thing and see how it handles it

Cons: None so far. The cables are a bit long for my CM 371Elite but that's my problem for choosing a small case. If your running a larger case like a HAF series its probably perfect.

5 out of 5 eggsLong life and Use

Pros: 900w
Molex Cables.
Bag for cable storage.
Single 12v Rail.

Cons: None.. 4 screws for mounting were missing, I had some. Not a con of product, but still were missing in box.

Other Thoughts: My other CoolMax is still going 4+yrs and I've run it hard on an Overclockable, hi-end PC. So I bought another.
This is probialy overkill (900w) for my HTPC, but for the value and price, I have room for future growth.
The single 12v Rail is a plus. The molex cables are a benefit, only use what you need. Better air flow with less cable restriction.
The PSU and cable look quality made. Sleeving on cables is nice.
It can feel like.. really a good PSU for such a better price ta others.. is it good? It has a 3yr warranty and I use warranty once my my other one. My other one failed just 2 days after install, I sent it in for repair. Perfect since. There would not be warrantys if thing didn't go bad. It happens.. anything built by man cn and will break.. great customer service is a plus. That doesn't make for a bad product, it can happen to any company. I just bought another and will buy again in the future.
I recommend their products.

4 out of 5 eggsgood

Pros: Well its a 900w so theres one good thing, it has a long of cables so u never have to wonder if it has the right one because it seems to have every one. its not loud from what i have seen.

Cons: its really long had a hard time fitting it in my case.

Other Thoughts: all in all i think it was worth the price because i know ill never need another power supply again.
