1 out of 5 eggsBig Mistake

Pros: None.

Cons: Unreliable. Died after 7-8 days of light use in my wife's machine, playing the Sims 2 w/1950 Pro, 1 SATA HD, Athlon X2 4200, 2GB Ram with no overclocking.

Other Thoughts: Now my wife has my power supply while I wait for my new one to arrive (different brand, of course). I got lucky that nothing else was damaged.

1 out of 5 eggsGarbage

Pros: Its cheap

Cons: Exploded after about a month and a half of moderate use. Was ridiculously light weight and flimsy.

Other Thoughts: Don't be cheap when buying a PSU

1 out of 5 eggsGood for 32 days then goes boom

Pros: Very light

Cons: Very light, lasted 32 days then self destructed in the middle of normal operation. Now I have to return for replacement and not refund because its after the standard 30 day return warranty. Very disappointed.

1 out of 5 eggsJUNK

Pros: NONE

Cons: Don't even THINK about buying this power supply. Not only does it feel cheap it just blew up on me. Smelled a hot plastic smell, and took the cover off and found one of the capacitor is fried. 450 watts to run two hard drives and two dvd drives and it blows up... not a wise investment!!!!

Other Thoughts: JUNK AGAIN

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Cheap and it works

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: The lightest PS I've ever seen. Could indicate quality?

4 out of 5 eggscheap psu

Pros: very cheap, with rebate all I paid was shipping costs

Cons: looks cheap, feels cheap. no screws.

seems pointless to have the 6 pin pci-e connector as the 12v rail is only rated at 17a - most new cards require a minimum of 20a

Other Thoughts: you get what you pay for. this psu is for low end machines only.

4 out of 5 eggsan OK power supply unit

Pros: - inexpensive

Cons: - lighter than other power supply units
- a little noisy
- does not come with screws

Other Thoughts: Although I am not too thrill this PSU does what it is meant to do: power your system. The unit is lighter and makes more noise than the power supply unit that came with my HP Compaq.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks, not silent, good value

Pros: Cheap, dual fans

Cons: Not silent, cables are a little short

Other Thoughts: Good PSU for the money - Powers my dual core Pentium D and one hard drive without issue. It's not as quiet as the ad led me to believe but for the price I'm not complaining.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: NONE

Cons: This is a pure junk.
It weights so light you can't believe it is a PSU. And the case is even dis-shaped.

Other Thoughts: It is a shame to NewEgg to sell this kind of products. Also shame to previous reviewers.

5 out of 5 eggsgood power supply

Pros: had plenty of power connectors for all of todays standards, and connectors were good length without being too long which can be a problem with me as well. The fans are relatively quiet. Great price even without a rebate, but I got the rebate, which means I got it next to nothing, lol.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: none
