1 out of 5 eggsJunk

Pros: Comes with plenty of cables

Cons: Breaks in two weeks

Other Thoughts: Started making a soft clicking noise two weeks after installation under light load: and SSD, 2x 1TB HDD, not even a GPU in the slot. Sadly I had tossed the box, so the retail store where I got it would not even do an exchange. I am sure they work for some people, but for me, it's just another piece of Chinese garbage.

Now I am in the RMA process--to get a replacement piece of junk--because I can't get my money back from the retailer. They want my birthday and age, and won't register my product without them.

Never again, neither TD, or Coolermaster.

4 out of 5 eggsLove this beast!

Pros: Super quite. It your not careful you'll end up rebooting, because you can't hear it running. Tons of room to work inside. Great layout to hide ribbon cables.

Cons: The top of the case has a few USB plugs. The plugs themselves are very brittle. My kids have broke 2/4 of them and cause the case to ground out. Cost me a trip to repair shop, because I didn't think to look for that problem. Must be fairly common problem, because you can buy replacement parts. I wish it had the option to place the large fan on the right side of the case, for great options in tower placement. Make sure you have plenty of room, this case is huge.

5 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: Very nice to hook up. Came with everything need to power this up. No issues as of yet, its silent as it says.

Cons: None as of now

Other Thoughts: The 24 pin and the 8 pins for the motherboard are non modular. I was aware of that when ordered. I am ok with that because all the plans to use them.

5 out of 5 eggsBetter of the three PSUs I've had

Pros: This PSU is quiet while adding to the other Coolor Master case I bought with it. It comes with silicone in order to help quiet it down (which works wonderfully). Incredibly stable PSU.

Cons: Not fully modular but I knew this when I bought it, I obviously won't give it an egg down for something I knew it already didn't have (WINK WINK OTHER REVIEWERS).

Other Thoughts: The other reviews kinda scared me but most PSU reviews here on Newegg has something like that to some extent. I've never had a product from newegg fail so I sometimes wonder if its just luck or if I'm a sane user.

3 out of 5 eggsUpdate on failed unit

Pros: It was sort of easy to get the RMA from the site and I say that because I didn't understand where to send it so had to email support for the address. The final page in the RMA address isn't clear what to do next after getting the number.
But to my surprise the new power supply was shipped out within 2 days of receiving the old one. That was a surprise and I got it UPS about 4 days later.
Although I was pretty angry over the failure of what I though would finally solve my problem of failed power supplies I must admit that Cooler Master support did replace quickly and without a big hassle.

Cons: Although I now have the replacement the computer is running so well on an old 450 watt PS I don't think I'll change it out since it's a real hassle to with my 6 hard drives and getting them all hooked up in order. Maximum wattage on boot is still under 350 watts and operating about 200-225 even with 6 hard drives and 4 case fans.

Other Thoughts: I would probably go with a Cooler Master PS in the future because of the quick RMA afforded me but manufacturers need to get their act together on these newer breed of PS's which if you read the review they ALL have their problems. I just wonder if they test them before they are packed. I would $50 more for a properly burned in PS (at least 24 hours under load) because of the time and trouble involved in replacing one.

5 out of 5 eggsPowerful

Pros: Got it, tested it, and it worked. It's a great PSU for the price. Got it for $120 on sale. It'll be able to power my rig with plentiful head room for later upgrades. Silent Master is right! It is insanely quiet. I can't even hear it!

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsIt supplies power.

Pros: I have owned it a year and it still works. It supplies 850w power which is what I knew I needed. The bronze certification is a huge plus when it comes to reliability and ease of mind.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Use newegg's power supply calculator. It hasn't failed me yet for 3 builds :)

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Nicely So Far

Pros: I just recently bought this PSU and as it being my first time every single handedly upgrading any component in a computer i found it very easy to use. I was a little bit worried that the psu would not fit in my case but after a side by side comparison of my existing psu I found it was not much bigger. Good news I only had to try once and it worked no problems so far. Comes with plenty of other cables.

Cons: Not fully modular, all of the power cords that connect to the motherboard are not modular. Though this could be something with modular as this is the first modular psu i have looked at but just something to note. This made my case a little cramped by the unmodular power cords that I didn't need but I solved that by stuffing them into an empty expansion bay. I only docked a point because I was either new and didn't realize that modular power supplies come with the power cords connected or the psu is not fully modular.

Other Thoughts: Works great. Fine amount of wattage for upgrades. Looks nice. Cords seem to be sturdy as well as the power supply.
Comes with rubber pads to keep the power supply from rattling in a big case which I didn't use because the psu took us so much space without them.
