Pros: Very quiet, more then I expected, and the rails are pretty stable. I'm probably only pulling about 150 watts as a whole computer, but it does the job well, and it doesn't get hot.
Cons: None, it was cheap and it works great!

Pros: Did the job I needed it to do. A cheap way to replace an outdated/fried power supply.
Cons: None that I could find.
Other Thoughts: Definitely is only for replacing older or fried power supplies. Has bare minimum of cables just enough to power what I needed to be powered without spending and arm and a leg. Nothing fancy on the device the power switch is a nice feature though.
