In today's power hungry world you need a PSU that can deliver, and the Rosewill RD450-2-DB does. With 450W of total output power there's plenty of juice for the most demanding situations. Dual 12V rails with 30 amps of power provide plenty of independent, reliable power.
As in all cases, being well connected is of major importance, and sprouting from the housing are a multitude of mesh wrapped cables to connect all your components. The mesh wrapping keeps things neat and helps promote better airflow and cooling. Universal motherboard connectivity is ensured with the 20+4 main connector and 4/8 pin EPS connector.
All these are enclosed in a flat black housing with multiple ventilation holes and dual 80mm cooling fans. The smart temperature sensor intelligently adjusts the fan speed according to the system temperature for minimized operation noise.
Pros: Still running after 9 months 24/7. +5v is at 5.12 +12 is at 12.46 +3.3 is at 3.30
I'm running: ASUS P5LD2 mobo Intel® Pentium® D processor 915 - SL9DA GeForce 8500GT vid card 3gigs RAM 4 physical hard drives 2 DVD Burners 5 80mm case fans 1 80mm CPU fan 1 80mm hard drive cooler w/fan Firewire PCI card 4 port USB PCI card (all ports full)
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: I know I'm over working this so if it dies I'll know it's my own fault. For what I have I should buy something stronger but for now I'll just see how this goes.

Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: more than 1 year
This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: It does what it's suppose to do.
Cons: None in my experience.
Other Thoughts: It's 450 watts. If you're looking to replace a PSU for an older system, or maybe building a new low-end system - this will work well for you. Otherwise keep looking.
Also, I've moved this around a lot, in and out of various computers for testing. Still holding up.

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: Low Price Reliable Fans not loud
Cons: Maybe I read it wrong, but it only has TWO SATA connections, I thought it said it had four. Not a huge deal, I just used an adapter.
Other Thoughts: A basic power supply with a little bit extra power. Would buy again.
