5 out of 5 eggs7 years running

Pros: Bought it in the summer of 2007... I run my computer 24/7, and it's still hasn't failed. My specs are EVGA 8800 GTS 320 gb, AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ Dual Core CPU, Nvidia Nforce 590 SLI mobo, 5 Western Digital HDD (1x2TB, 2x1.5TB, 2x1TB), and 1 DVD/RW drive.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Going to be upgrading my rig soon, so I'll be retiring this old psu, in favor of a newer Rosewill. Hopefully I'll have the same performance from that one.

4 out of 5 eggs6 months no problems

Pros: Quiet fan
looks great
plenty of power
good price

Cons: Not modular (but I knew this when I ordered)
The spec sticker on the side of the unit started peeling off after a month or so.

Other Thoughts: This power supply has been great for the price, seems well built and reliable (time will tell).

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Decent power rating, so far it works well for a basic gaming PC. All the wires are wrapped in mesh netting allowing for everything to be organized quite neatly.

Cons: The 5-pin SATA connectors are all upside down for a case with the PSU on the bottom. Previous PSUs I have worked with the wires come from the bottom of the case, connect to the HD or optical drive, and continue up to the next component. With this one you have to twist the connector so that the wires feed from the top of the case, through the connector, and then down towards the bottom, where you then have to twist the wire back up to use the second connector on that particular wire. After which you have lost some of the wire's length, as well as valuable space if you are worried about cable management.

Other Thoughts: One egg off for the inverted SATA connectors; otherwise a great item, especially for its price. Good for cases where the PSU is mounted at the top, otherwise look somewhere else if you are worried about cable management.

3 out of 5 eggsWorks Well but Obnoxious for Cable Management

Pros: I used this for my first build. It worked well, no problems or anything. Good instructions, nice looking, and I like the blue light.

Cons: Cable management with this psu is awful. I mean, I wouldn't have bought it if I had known. You can't unplug any unnecessary wires as they are all permanently attached. Using a mini-ITX build, I didnt have much room in my case to start with, and opening and closing it is a nightmare. I'm considering buying a new PSU just for this reason.

Other Thoughts: All in all, it's an OK psu, but looking back I would have chosen a different one. I guess it wouldn't be such a problem if you have a bigger case, but it wouldn't look nice with all the wires.
