5 out of 5 eggsFive months later and still happy.

Pros: I've had this PSU since 12/30/14. It is silent as they day I installed it. I would definitely buy this again, and again. Solid, quiet and runs cool. I'm running three monitors off the AZrock z97 Extreme6 AC motherboard with the Intel 4790k chip video, so no PCIe video, although I do have two Seagate barracuda 2tb drives in Raid 0, as well as a 500g Samsung M2 Ultra hd for OS and boot with 16gb ram. I'm not overclocking.

Cons: No cons. I would have liked modular connections, but it was very clear before purchase that this PSU did not have them.

Other Thoughts: I feel like this PSU could handle a lot more than what I would normally expect from a 450w model.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Silent and Nice

Pros: Silent Fans, Cool running

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: It is hard to praise a power supply. Either it works or it doesn't. Well, this one definitely works, is nice and quiet, and nice and cool. So I give it praise! For those of you who like lots of colors and whistles, etc., this one has none, which I am perfectly happy about.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat lower power quiet PSU

Pros: Needed a low power PSU for a server build. This is quiet, has enough power for the build and with high efficiency should make running the server as cheap as possible. Has all of the connections needed for any modern board.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Wouldn't do anything to intensive with it, great for what it can do.

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost Perfect

Pros: Very energy efficient, very quiet

Cons: Wrong power cable distribution, not modular cables

Other Thoughts: The choice of 4/6 molex/SATA power connectors is questionable, and 2/8 would have made much more sense, but pick up a couple power adapters and all is good.

This is in my media machine which is on 24/7 in the living room, and it runs nearly completely silent. This PS consumes about 100 W less than our old one, and 100 W x 24 hours x 365 days = 876 kWh per year, or nearly 8% of our electric bill, so it totally pays for itself by that alone.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Runs quiet and not too hot, simple install and connectors all work fine with no problems. Really the best part is the lack of noise. The computer that this went into replaced one of the noisiest machines I have ever heard; so it was a very welcome relief to NOT hear anything.

Cons: None so far, hopefully it can handle a little dust!

Other Thoughts: Love having a higher efficiency unit, much less wasted heat, at least it seems that way.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Big, solid power supply.

Cons: cables very thick. not enough room behind hard drives to connect cables with computer case side panel on. Had to use sata extension power cables or move hard drives into the 5.25 bays in order to attach the cables. Not that big a deal.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat stuff

Pros: More powerful than you may think.

Cons: Not modular, but I knew that going in.

Other Thoughts: I'm always trying to making my gaming PC a little cooler, quieter, and now more power efficient. So, when I was looking for something to replace my old non-80 plus power supply, I thought I would do something crazy and try a 450w PSU for my gaming system. It works flawlessly.

- OCZ Vertex 4 128GB x2 in RAID0
- Western Digital RE4 2TB
- Core i5-3570k, modestly OC'd to 4.2 Ghz
- Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 XT, OC'd to 1100 Mhz with voltage turned up 20%

I've stress-tested this machine with Furmark and long gaming sessions, and this PSU has not hiccuped once (knock on wood).

The down-side is that I'll never be able to cross-fire without buying a new PSU, but I've always been a single GPU guy.

5 out of 5 eggsNice, not greatness

Pros: Well constructed. Quiet. 7 year warranty is impressive. Single rail.

Cons: Only 4 watts more efficient at idle than a seasonic bronze [60 less]. Break even is 17 years [24x7x365] given 0.1$/kwh and is 10watts is 6.8 years. Point is I will stick to bronze rated units given the multi-year payback times. It is true I have not calculated the cooling costs for 3+ months of the year, nor when it does not matter nor the time waste heat helps heat the home.

Other Thoughts: Bought for a 24x7 server.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!

Pros: Very quiet, almost silent. Large 135mm fan does a great job moving alot of air at low rpm.
Got it on sale 69.99 which is great, it'd be even better if I endup getting the MIR with it as well.

Cons: None so far. Possibly when it comes to the MIR. Just hoping I actually get it back.

Other Thoughts: Awesome deal with shell shocker. I needed something quieter for my gf's build. Originally had a psu with two small loudish fans and I had an 80mm case fan going. I replaced the psu AND removed the small loud rattling case fan and now you can't hear any noise. The case mounts this on top so it does a better job with just this and no case fans! Makes me very happy.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PCI wifi desktop card 4 $

Pros: Inexpensive, reliable, comes with mini form factor bracket just in case.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Can't beat this card for the money, if you have an older desktop you need to retro fit to have wifi this is the card for you!
