Modular so I can leave out the connectors I don't need which means better airflow. It's pretty high in the PSU Tiered List, tier 2! http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx Cons: Installing was a pain. Not the fault of Rosewill, just aligning it to the holes left the paint scratched on the PSU. Power for my HDs were hard to fit/plug in because the wires were pushing out of the case (HD power/SATA plugs point toward the right side of my case). Other Thoughts: Modular doesn't mean squat if your case doesn't have any cable management, though. I can't wait to save enough for a better case. Some cables are just long enough to be routed through my HAF 912 case. It's quiet, it's modular and I haven't used all my cables yet. It came with a nice little bag for the extra cables. Cons: The motherboard and processor cables are much longer than I needed, I guess that's a pro if you have to run them across your case, but it makes my cabling really messy looking. Cons: None so Far Other Thoughts: This is a very sensitive supply unit, it will not power on at all if anything is grounded. Found this out with my new system build, I had put in one too many mobo spacer screws, took me a few hours and a hard nights sleep to figure it out.
