Cons: if I have to be picky, exposed circuit boards when installing/removing the drives.
Other Thoughts: This bay is simple to use and operate. It does take a bit of time to get the drive in and out the unit as the drive screws in, but for the price you will not find a fast swap drive. I listed the exposed circuit boards as a drawback, but that is only if you have unsteady hands or are otherwise not basically careful, normally it wold not be any issue..

Pros: Bolts the drive to the frame of the enclosure, unlike alot of 2.5 enclosures out there. SATA interface. Comes with USB cable and carrying case.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Wish this drive had eSATA, but I knew that when I bought it.

Pros: Works great. XP recognized it immediately. Was able to test 2 HDD's in less than 5 minutes, all without having to reboot. I could give this 10 eggs, I would.
Cons: Absolutely none.
Other Thoughts: Also bought the IDE version (25B) of this enclosure. Can't recommend them highly enough.
