Pros: This is a great Power supply for the money. It has exceeded my expectations! Before I bought this power supply I read some of the earlier reviews saying that it had a loud fan, but I have to disagree. It is so quiet that I don't even hear the fan running.
Cons: none yet....

Pros: Cheap 80 PLUS, not too loud.
Cons: None for this price.
Other Thoughts: No stupid LCD lights or anything like that, just a functional power supply. This is the second Rosewill 80 PLUS power supply I've purchased and both just work. Nothing more, nothing less.

Pros: The design of this power supply must've changed recently, as the one that I got had sleeves on all of the cables (other reviews said that only the mobo connecter had sleeves). It is also whisper quiet -- I tried starting it up outside my computer by grounding pin 14, and I thought it was broken because it wouldn't turn on. It wasn't until I felt a breeze blowing on my hand that I realized it WAS on. I couldn't hear it at all unless I was right up against it.
Cons: Unlike the Antec TruePower that it replaced, there is no temperature-dependent fan controller or fan sensor connector to the motherboard. It means that I am going to have to pick up a case fan with a built-in temperature sensor, and deal with not being able to monitor the PSU fan in software.
Other Thoughts: I bought this to replace an old $80 power supply that had served me well, but was just too biased towards 5V and 3.3V to be useful on a modern PC. I never thought I would be as happy with a cheap no-name brand, but this power supply has exceeded my wildest expectations for a $40 PSU.
