Cons: It doesn't do what I bought it for which is to us one AC outlet to charge iphones and ipads. I plugged it in and plugged in one iphone to the device and it didn't charge. I unplug it and plug the iphone directly into the usb cable and it charges. The key is that not only will it not charge two iphones at once (forget about the ipad if it can't even charge the phone) it won't charge even 1 iphone plugged into it. Other Thoughts: It's one thing for it not to charge two devices at once like it couldn't handle them, it's another for it not to even charge one apple device, they need to put in big bold letters on this product that it WILL NOT WORK WITH APPLE PRODUCTS, let alone two of them at once. This Hub does not have a power adapter so it will only be allowed to generate a max of 5V/1A through all 4 ports. This may at the very least be able to go ahead and power up one of the two iphones as long as nothing else is connected to the device. For sure it does not have the necessary Amps to power up 2 iphones at the same time. It is not a product defect but a limitation. These hubs are usually used to connect simple flash drives, keyboards and Mice, etc but not to charges devices through them. I have my wireless mouse receiver plugged in. Cons: the only con. I need the usb to be on my desk. my computer is on the floor.
