Pros: Small with a heavy base so it doesn't tip over sitting on your desk.

Cons: I can't find 7 ports on this thing anywhere, only 4 so I'm either blind or this is just plain mis-leading. Someone please tell me where the other 3 ports are located, please?

Other Thoughts: I bought it for the 7 ports and it only has 4 USB ports so I'm missing those 3 ports. I'm either blind or stupid, which is it?

Pros: everything. 7 ports, top mounted, front mounted and back. bought it for my tablet to turn it into a mini portable workstation. every port works splendidly. coupled with my USB OTG, my tablet can now have USB storage, mouse, keyboard, gamepad, charges my phone, and is powered by an AC adapter so it doesn't drain my battery. (picked up a USB solar charger from newegg right about the same time, so if i really, REALLY need this thing mobile, i can plug the hub into that and be good to go for a few hours.)

Cons: not a single thing.

Other Thoughts: nifty shape and color scheme, reminds me of a 50's diner. for some reason, rosewill always looks vintage. i kinda like it.

Pros: Seems to power all my stuff fine. Running a laptop cooler, HD Tuner USB Stick, a gamepad with a bunch of LED's, a IR receiver, and charge a phone. Shut down when I also plugged in a big backlit keyboard (Eclipse LiteTouch), so it has it's limits power-wise.

Cons: Has power limits, but great power for such a cheap price.

Other Thoughts: Did what I needed it for. Good product, so far.

Pros: Gives me the extra USB ports that I need! Have been using since the end of 2009 without any issues (always connected to printer, scanner, Wacom tablet, and Lycosa keyboard).

Cons: Please see other thoughts..

Other Thoughts: I do not necessarily like the idea of using the double sided tape to secure the adapter, but luckily the base screws off and I was able to feed it through a mounting hole on my desk and it worked perfect to keep it in place!

Pros: Good Price

Cons: Defective USB port - 1 of 7; Manufacturing DEFECT Can NOT insert/attach USB cable

Other Thoughts: My RMA ship back charge (and hassle to ship back) costs just about the same as the Purchase Price. Rosewill (or whoever manufactures it does not fully check their products - we do their QA, and pay the extra costs).

Pros: Does what it needs to do and is powered.

Cons: I was a bit confused with the shipping. I live 60 miles from the Newegg warehouse in NJ. It was shipped to a place 80 miles from my house and then to another that was 160 miles away. From there it went to a place that was 100 miles away. In the end, it went a total of 470 miles just to only go 60 from point A to Point B on a major highway. The shipping was free but in the end, this had to cost Newegg money.

Pros: very much liked it... heavy plenty of ports, looked nice on desk

Cons: stopped working after 2 months of use. not sure it is worth the cost shipping back

Other Thoughts: usually like Rosewill products but not sure now

Pros: 7 ports, small

Cons: Too light - moves around on desk, Short lifespan - mine only lasted 57 days!

Other Thoughts: A waste of money if it only lasts 57 days.
AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Pros: Nicely built with 7 ports -- exactly as the description says.

Cons: Does not charge iPad2. I bought this because it says it delivers 2A power, but it doesn't deliver those 2A to USB ports -- it may deliver 2/7 = 0.29A to each USB port, but that's not enough to charge my iPad.

Other Thoughts: Workaround to charge iPad: unplug all USB devices from the back of the Mac and into the USB hub, and use the USB ports on the Mac to charge my iDevices.

Pros: I order 4 of these for some guys at work. One went bad a few days after newegg's standard 30 policy. I emailed rosewill's support. They sent me a new one, no questions asked. How's that, they actually trusted their customer.

Cons: One out of four went bad, but was replaced without issue so not really a con.
