3 out of 5 eggsConnector doesn't fit

Pros: Not all cables must be used, which helps reduce the amount of wires in my case.

Cons: One of the PCI-E connectors doesn't fit my video card, so I had to use one of the extra modular cables to hook my video card up, which clutters up my tower in an unnecessary way, this costs it 2 eggs as the REASON I bought a modular power supply was so that I didn't have to use extra cables, but I do anyway because one of them was not formed properly.

5 out of 5 eggsFirst Gone, Second on the Way

Pros: *Easy to install and configure to fit my needs.
*Adds another level of excellent airflow in smaller cases
*Fan speed doesn't affect the sound given off by the power supply when under heavy loads.
*LED Glow is a nice, happy medium and doesn't cause eye strain/annoyance if your case is facing a non-traditional direction or in an odd location.
*Handles constant running like it was nothing.
*Performs exceptionally under stressful situations caused by external sources; variable temperatures of some extreme cases ( 30F - 110F )
*No real issues due to exposure to less-than-normal air contaminants.
*Did not take anything with it when it died.

Cons: *The first one I owned died in a very unsettling manner, as it gave off a high-pitched screaming sound, followed by a crack and a pop, shutting my system off. Woke me up faster than any alarm clock ever has, though...

Other Thoughts: I cannot fault the product at hand for how it died as it has gone through hell and back with me. Extreme temperatures that would actually cause frost buildup on things if they weren't running constantly when our heater went out and couldn't afford to replace it; almost all of winter under this fact. Followed by a blazing-hot summer in a house with no A/C. I knew going in that I was going to kill this thing and it wasn't going to be pleasant.

Putting all that on top of the fact that my house, at the time, had a constant sort of mixture of sugar dust and limestone dust floating around in it at any given day (the joys of working for a sugar factory) added to the potential causes for failure.

I typically only shut down my machine to perform maintenance on it, which means that it will run for upwards of a month or more before I actually pop it open. However, during some periods of time, it was running constantly for upwards of two months when my workload was high, it's workload was probably in the ranges of obscene.

However, that being said, the fact that I got almost 2 years (20 days short) of excellent performance out of a power supply that I thought I was going to kill in less than 6 months is nothing short of amazing. I can, with confidence, recommend this product to anyone looking to get more bang for their buck.

3 out of 5 eggsROSWILL BRONZE P/S

Pros: IT SEEMS THAT THE POWER SUPPLY IS WELL BUILT.
I purchased it to use it in an Antec 1200 v3 case.
The 24 pin power cable just made it. The 8 pin power cable for the mobo, was way too short. Lucky for me that I had an extension cable and was able to complete the connection.
I will update this review as soon as I will start using the system.

Cons: Power cables too short for my Antec 1200 V3 case.
If you intend to use this P/S in a full size cas, make sure you have extension cables 24 and 8 pin.

Other Thoughts: Don't have them yet, I am still building my system

5 out of 5 eggsPurchased as a replacement and works perfectly

Pros: After my previous PSU continued to shut off my computer for an unknown reason, I decided to go with a more reliable brand. And at a great sale of $105 (not including rebate), how could I pass it up? This PSU has been an absolute savior. Runs for a minute after system shutoff to remove heat from system, provides great power, has everything I need or will probably ever need.

Cons: It wasn't free. Yeah, no problems that I know of!

Pros: Solid build, quiet fan, good price.

Cons: No actual cons, it worked fine, only problem was that it burned out after 2.5 years. Otherwise ran fine.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Power Supply

Pros: Decided to finally log on and leave a review for this power supply. I have owned this since November 2011 and it is still going strong in my PC. When I purchased it, it was on sale for $89.99! I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. I am glad I did.

Cons: None as it has been supplying my PC power since 2011.
