5 out of 5 eggsGreat product

Pros: Wonderful cord management!!! Love the extra bag for spare cables not in use. works great and quite for now lol only turned on pc 3 times waiting on video card, am wondering tho how loud the fan will get after extensive use

Cons: The ATX 12v four pin power cord is alittle short to reach the motherboard, this could just be my tower, but it drapes over the entire motherboard and rests on my processor fan and may rest on the video card too (not installed yet) The side panel is clear and can see the cord very well

Other Thoughts: could make that one cord like 6 to 8 inches longer to place it better but over all a great find

5 out of 5 eggsL2 install a PSU

Pros: This psu works great. I won't go into my rigs specs or anything because I am lazy, but I know for a fact my rig takes a lot of power. This PSU gives me all I need and more.

Cons: None. "It just works"

Other Thoughts: Don't pay attention to the one egg reviews complaining about this PSU ruining your motherboard. Obviously someone doesn't know how to set up a computer.

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY THIS POWER SUPPLY!

Pros: None whats so ever.

Cons: Had this power supply installed correctly in my case. Tried to fire it up. created a spark on the motherboard rendering it useless. Now i have to RMA the mother board processor, ram, graphics card and hard drive.
I am amazed that this product has this many positive reviews. I will never deal with this company ever again. Purchase from a more reliable and proven PSU.

5 out of 5 eggsTech head

Pros: It does everything it says it will do which is really all we want from a product.

Cons: Not really a con but listen to this it has a cool down feature that the product book doesn't mention one word about. Even their tech support was not aware of it and had to look it up lol. When you shut your system down the power supply will stay on for 1-2mins after wards in order to cool itself down.

Other Thoughts: Great power supply with neat features plus the brand name has not let me down yet so give them a try you'll be glad you did.

5 out of 5 eggsHope This Helps

Pros: I don't normally write reviews but felt I should here! I read many reviews on PSU's and noticed more than once that people said, "I plugged it into the wall and nothing, DEAD, DOA!" Well I mean no dis-respect but feel I should just say, a power supply does not just plug into a wall outlet, turn it on, and it fires right up. It has to have someplace to send the juice , so something, a disc drive or motherboard , or better, a Tester, needs to be connected to the 24 pin connector or one of the 4 pin connector's etc. in order for the fan and PSU to fire up. If then nothing happens, then it's DOA. If in doubt, go with the Tester option, they only cost about 5$ on avg. and are very handy not just for new PSU's but if your having trouble down the road, you can always test the PSU. Hopefully I'm not offending anyone, just trying to clear something up that not many folks realize on PSU's :-) Now with that said onto the review which will have to be in Other Thoughts

Cons: If I had to think of a Con here, I'd have to agree with one review that said it is strange to have an 8 pin cpu power plug and a dual 4 pin giving the option for those boards that only require a 4 pin, mine is an 8 pin board but I now have the extra wire to tuck away. I really believe the dual 4 pin would work on either application or have one 8 pin wire and one 4 pin, then we wouldn't look at it and think , hmmmm , what were they thinking?

Other Thoughts: The real review-- Received it next day, cudos newegg, installed it , turned on PC and everythings great! Very quiet operation, actually had to look and make sure it's running. Have had it on for roughly 8 hrs now and is running cooler than my other computer which has an 850 watt PSU powering it. Very easy hook-up, wires are plenty and plenty long enough for my full-size tower. I'm running:
Intel i7 X980
12 GB Corsair ram
2x xfx 5770 crossfire
gigabyte mb
Blue-ray
Win 7
etc.
This PSU is running everything cool and quiet, and I have bought Rosewill PSU's in the past for friends computers that I've built, and none have come back to me with any problems with the PSU.

I will say in closing, if my 850 watt PSU ever dies out, I will replace it with one of these.
