Likely more than enough ports for the average user. - Port arrangement may allow better management of cables. This has sets of three ports on three sides of the hub, and one foldout port on the top. - Decent-looking simple shiny plastic construction. - Comes with a power supply! - Comes with a fairly lengthy USB cord to connect the hub to your computer. I think it's 3' or so. Cons: - Very bright blue LED on the topside when the hub is powered. Chances are if it's on your desk, it'll be shining in your face. - Big! It's about the size of a CD sleeve. Fortunately, it's low-profile in case you wanna stack stuff on top. - The tenth port on the top is sort of awkward in terms of placement and usage. It's neat that it folds out and all, but I can't see a situation where this would be better than just having a permanently-fixed port at the top. That, and anything you plug into it will jut out. This is just a matter of preference, though. Other Thoughts: I used mounting tape and stuck it to the side of my desk, so that three ports face upward (for easy access with USB drives and the like), three face backward (for a webcam mouse receiver), and three face forward (for a headset and iPod cable). 5 out of 5 people found this review helpful.
