5 out of 5 eggssuperpower

Pros: comes with lots of cables, has lots of cable combinations, professionally reviewed and tested to be of the highest quality, has turbo button for fan, comes very nice storage case, comes with super beefy 15 amp cable

Cons: main power cable could have been longer, power supply is long

Other Thoughts: Maybe not so much of a con, but this unit is pretty long, just be aware. The main power cable is stiff and could have been longer, just be aware. Also be aware that this unit needs 15 amps of service to be able to reach full load.
I would definitely buy this unit again, the price is high, but so is the quality.

5 out of 5 eggspowerhouse

Pros: its a real powerhouse, at the time of purchase it was the only one that i could find that has a 110 amp 12v. ive had it for 4 months now and no problems. this replaced my very old 1350 watt powersupply which finally died and this one is smaller than my old one was. it does fit in a antec 900 mid tower case

Cons: cables kind of stiff but doesnt bother me. thats it

Other Thoughts: the metal case it comes in is kinda stupid. you will never need again once you install it in your computer. well i guess it does provide more protection during shipping and you can use the case for something else.

4 out of 5 eggsThe best

Pros: This thing is a absolute monster of monsters in PSU choice range it has enough power to handle two EVGA TITAN video cards which is exacltly what i bought it for

Not only does this bad boy cool and power my rig extremley well but it also does a very quiet job of cooling- it's a bit pricey but hey it 1600watts from well known company that excellent reliability and great tech support.

Cons: I've found power supplies that are 1100 watt's that are only around 100 bucks so this is quite pricey for only have 500 extra watts since you get can 450 for around like 32 dollars

4 out of 5 eggsLOW POWER RAIL FAILED

Pros: Powerful. Quiet. Lots of cabling options.

Cons: 2 rails for +12v. Wish it were one.

Other Thoughts: Low power rail failed after about 1-1/2 weeks use. Got vertical bars on one of the video cards, Would let things cool down. Restart, vertical bars, then 60 cycle hum.. like a failed filter cap. After a few more tries... nothing; machine would not boot.
Had a second p/s available. Hooked it up to the video card... problem went away.
Pulled cables from p/s powering card that failed to run. Found black coloring on the 3 12v pins.
Will have to return for warranty repair since it is out of Egg RMA time frame.

5 out of 5 eggsTerrific

Pros: I bought this to replace my heated blanket power supply. I was skeptical if 1600 watts was enough however after getting this beast my blanket has been keeping me toasty all night.

Cons: Blanket gets a bit too warm sometimes but I just turn it off and problem solved.

Other Thoughts: On a serious note: Great buy if you need a lot if power. High Quality that you can rely on.

5 out of 5 eggsShould bought from newegg

Pros: Insane amounts of power
Great for quad SLI / Crossfire
Supports all OC'd hardware easy

Cons: Huge. At least and inch and a half if not two from regular PSU's, you'll need a full tower
Price, but hey. Its 1600 watts
You will actually see you electric bill go up.

Other Thoughts: I use this for my ultra OP build, which includes 3 GTX690's, as well as a 3770x extreme edition, and 32GB of G.skill ram at 1866.
Handles it so easy.
Also, i had to redesign my fan layout, since my cpu is watercooled, and those 690,'s get hot enough, this bad boy needed some more air. Im currently playing with a fan solution that pulls all air up and out, since hot air naturally rises anyway.
Great psu.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Excellent power for the value.
On/Off switch.
Comes with plenty of cables too.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to replace a 1100w PSU which had died from overexertion. My system actually runs cooler now. It is a massive piece of hardware but it fits in an Antec 900 (mid ATX). Very satisfied user here.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat choice.

Pros: Powers my house no problem. Called the electric company and laughed in their face!

Cons: Had to get a separate garage to put it in but I think it's worth the point. After the electric company started charging absurdly high rates for electricity, I plugged this baby in to and extension cord that I ran from my neighbors porch while they were asleep. They still haven't noticed! I built a garage to house this unit and let me say, it works like a charm.
