5 out of 5 eggsGreat product with slight design oversight

Pros: - Dead silent
- Plethora of cables to handle almost anything you throw at it
- 750 watts of 80 PLUS GOLD certified power
- Cables are plenty long for cable management
- Very nice, subdued look

Cons: - Both CPU 8 pin connectors are hard wired. It would be nice if at least one of them was modular, but this isn't that big of a deal
- Modular connectors fit in the power supply both ways, but there is only ONE right way

Other Thoughts: When I first plugged in my computer, I thought the PSU was DOA because my PC refused to turn on. I unplugged everything, stuck a paper clip between the green wire on the 24 pin connector and ground to see if power supply was even running. Still nothing.

I nearly packed everything back up and got ready for an RMA before I realized the fan actually was spinning. The power supply was so quiet I didn't even realize it was on!

I later realized my dumb mistake: I had plugged in the modular connectors the wrong way. Somehow they went in fairly smoothly, but it didn't click. After reorienting them, everything went smoothly. It's a miracle I didn't destroy any of my components in the process. I guess I'm really lucky or Super Flower (the OEM for this power supply) is an amazing manufacturer.

So a bit of fair warning to anyone buying this power supply...read the instructions clearly. Make sure your modular connectors "click" in. The notch/clip points downward.

4 out of 5 eggsModule power unit

Pros: Came very well packaged. & cables included. Seemed to be
a well made unit. The techs and persons responsible for acquiring the RMA# for me were very polite and helpful.

Cons: Unit was DOA. However Rosewell replied to my email within the first day. They sent steps by which I could "reset" the unit. This didn't work. So I'm shipping it back.

Other Thoughts: I gave Rosewell PU 4 stars based on previous equipment that I've purchased plus the outstanding tech help.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great!

Pros: So far it is working fine. The fan on it is near silent. No flashy lights.

Cons: The molex connectors were sometimes hard to connect at first. This may be just a pin alignment thing when it is new.

Other Thoughts: I also tried this on an old single core Athlon system. It would not boot up. The old system required a higher 5 volt wattage. These new power supplies are designed for newer systems that need higher 12 volt wattage. Keep that in mind if you have an old system kicking around.

4 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: It works, it has quite a few cables that you can use, you can store most unused cables (there are a few that are built in).

Cons: If it is your first time building a computer, it can be slightly annoying to put together.

Other Thoughts: Had a few problems at first and was going to RMA it, but after trying a few things, I eventually got it to work relatively properly.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat So Far!!

Pros: So far so good with great voltage and this thing stays cool too and the fan hardly spins!! Modular cabling is great!

Cons: Nice PSU

Other Thoughts: I will be transferring it into a z77 build with an I5 3570k, 16 gigs of 1866 ram, and a GTX 670 FTW. Which will obviously test this PSU and I will Update my review accordingly!

4 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Modular cabling, plenty of room to upgrade, very quiet

Cons: cabling is pretty stiff almost too much, so made it pretty difficult to route accordingly

Other Thoughts: For the price and the Gold certified you really can't beat it.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Quiet PSU

Pros: Unit comes with caps over all the modular inputs
Quiet running right from the start
Comes with a bag to hold all the cords you don't use
Long cords to reach every spot in my case.
5 year warranty

Cons: Main power cord is not modular. Wouldn't be a problem but it also has extra ends on it that a person wouldn't need unless they have 2 cpu's.
