Pros: It worked for about 1 and a half years

Cons: Stopped working after 1 1/2 years, and smelled like it was burning.

Pros: Low cost.

Cons: Not durable. Produced white smoke after only 16 months of office use, Rig: AMD A10, MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 FM2 AMD A75, 8GB RAM.

Pros: Good for crossfire
Lots of SATA and PCI ports
Doesn't generate much heat

Cons: Cable management is terrible.
Short cables

Pros: It was great while it lasted.

Cons: Died today. Did the paper clip trick, etc. Tested it with my VOM as well but it is stone cold dead. Looked inside and it seems to have bad caps and coil deformity, (heating probably) I noticed a burnt smell when I got close after opening it. Very disappointed that it didn't last very long. I expected good quality from Rosewill. I have good knowledge of electronics as I repair my own TV's, etc and fix TVs, DVD players, etc for my neighbors.

Other Thoughts: I think it would be wise to only go for power supplies that have a long (3 year or more) warranty as that might indicate better parts were used to make it.

2 out of 5 eggsDied in 16 Months-1 year warranty

Pros: It worked for 16 Months

Cons: Installed in my sons new build, worked fine for 16 months. Then the computer would power off in about 5 minutes. PSU smelt burnt and the fan was not functioning.

Other Thoughts: Just bought a Thermaltake with a 5 year warranty for ten dollars less. Would not recommend this PSU based on it's price and short life span.

Cons: However 6 months after the very short 1 year warranty ended, it dies.

Pros: It supplied power for a little over a year.

Cons: I was alerted to this psu's demise as my room began to smell of burnt rubber. Upon opening up my case I found that it was hot enough to burn skin on contact and reeked like it had melted. It did not survive.

I should have expected this, as every Rosewill component that I purchased for this build has been either defective or completely useless. My case arrived dented and with bent screws, my wireless card couldn't hold onto a connection for more than ten minutes, and now this. I am beyond dissatisfied.

Other Thoughts: Will never buy Rosewill again.
