Pros: Clones all drives perfectly across brands.
Cloned my 120gb ssd to a new 480gb ssd in 10 minutes.

Overall, a very helpful tool for any computer nerd to have in his bag
Work fine with Windows 8.1

Cons: does not have SATA connection as advertised on the box.
not particularly well built
huge power brick
makes noise... even when using an ssd
cheap buttons
gave me an error when using two drives in docking mode.

Other Thoughts: The biggest thing you need to know about this dirve is that it makes EXACT CLONES of your existing drive.
When you copy an old drive to a larger drive your larger drive will have the same partitions as the old one.
Ideally, you would just use the drive manager in Windows to extend the partition, this works sometimes but not always.
for my EFI laptop drive I needed to purchase Acronis disk director to extend the partition as windows was unable to do it properly.
All was well in the end, but you will likely need to purchase this Acronis as well to finish the job.
This dock likely works best with non-boot drives. I do not suspect it will have any problem at all cloning those.

Pros: Works very well cloning two desktop drives and two laptop drives.

Cons: I owned a Rosewill RX-DU101 Plastic 2.5" & 3.5" Black SATA USB 2.0 Docking Station for just 16months. The unit was used for my desk laptop backup that occurred 1x a month. After about 16 months of very little use the unit just stopped working . The USB hub internal to the unit would not connect to any device. This is my second item from Rosewill that has failed.... very frustrated here.

Pros: Works great to access two hard drives over USB 3.0.

Cloning process works great. I've cloned two drives and had no issues. Instructions are straight forward.

Power button in the back. I prefer them in the back over the front

Other Thoughts: Will someone explain to me why they keep putting the power buttons for these on the back of the unit? Makes it so much more difficult to swap hard drives, where you should turn off the unit each time you do this. I own one similar device with the power on the top of the unit, but would like to purchase more. But can't find any with the power button in a more usable location. Very frustrating.

Pros: the build looks solid, connection and setup is easy and fast. Data transfer speed is decent at full USB 3.0. The move impressive part - one touch clone function, it is so easy, i don't even need a computer, loving it.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: the SATA I and SATA II prints on the top confused me to make me think it only supports SATA I /II. But actually it is just to label the ports, SATA III is fully supported on the beauty.

Pros: none so far have used it do not know what software it uses I don't know if i will to resize my hard-drive after i use it

Cons: no info on what software it runs when you push the clone button not supported by rosewill site
