4 out of 5 eggsIt served me, and still going strong

Pros: So far, it never let me down. I own this product for over a year now, if not 2. It works fine and perfect for my build and maybe even future build.

Cons: Could use some more cable of the same output. Too many of the old cables ( the line rack instead of the blocks, if you catch my meanings )

5 out of 5 eggsa hidden gem

Pros: Price and quality

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I've had this power supply since 2009 and it's still working great. Not many people know about these but they are solid and hit a price point that most others can't. I highly recommend this product.

5 out of 5 eggsRunning fine since '09

Pros: Quiet, modular, 850W and its subtle looking.

I cannot say enough good things about this PSU. I have owned it (or its early version) since 2009 and it has performed without fail for weeks on end. It has run an overclocked SLI setup with 3 HDDs and all the other bells and whistles with out fail. The modular power is great and the length of all the cables is always perfect. The looming of the wires is fantastic and even the box has stood up over the years holding all of the extra cables.

Don't let the 1 eggs fool you, this unit will last. So long as you take care of your rigs you cannot go wrong with this power supply.

Cons: None. Lets be honest the price could always be better but for what you are getting I feel it is just right.

Other Thoughts: Be a responsible computer owner, build your rigs properly and take it slow. Some of the 1 egg reviews make me wonder how the computer was put together or if the inexperience of the builder was a fault. I have put nearly all 850W to full use and even the 12v rails near the max and have never seen a flinch from this guy.

Trust me if you take the time to build something right this PSU will keep up with anything you throw at it.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: none, bought this to replace my other ps which bit the dust.

Cons: Broke right out of the box would boot up to a black screen and that was it, Took me a week to narrow it down to the new ps. In the mean time threw away the box..WRONG. Newegg will not return or replace without everything. SO if your missing a flap or old packing tape (you could be in trouble)and want to return it for a replacement or if u get a refund there is a restocking fee even for a defective item

Other Thoughts: So if u buy from newegg have a spare room for all the empty boxes and packing material

1 out of 5 eggsBad Product/Bad Company

Pros: Modular / 4 12v rails / good power

Cons: Second Xclio I've owned, first one fried my entire MOBO and all components. This one has a high-pitched whining noise after computer shuts down, the noise ceases when I manually shut down the PSU on the back side of the unit, then turn it back on again. Seems like a bad transformer on the cooling fan. Once I turn the PSU back on, the cooling fan starts up and the whining noise stops.

Other Thoughts: Don't do what I did and simply look for the best "goodies," research company and their history and reputation for making PSU's.

5 out of 5 eggs"Great Power" Supply

Pros: I've had this PSU for around 1 month and it's GREAT. I upgraded from the 500 watt Great Power because my PSU couldn't handle my GPU. This, well, could probably handle two.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: 2.93 Core 2 Duo wolfdale CPU
Patriot Section 5 1333GHz RAM
nVidia XfX GTS 250 GPU
ASUS Motherboard
Patriot TorqX SSD
External 1tb HDD
LEDs on my case
4 case fans

5 out of 5 eggsPower house

Pros: Runs like a champ, this little baby has run for the greater part of a year non stop. Powering my Crosshair Formula II in SLI with two OC nvidia 260 gtx's and it just keeps begging for more. Its quiet as well, I was very surprised as usually PSU can be very loud but this one is whisper quiet.

Cons: Its has blue lights? But what doesn't today in the computer hardware market. No eggs off but I don't care for lights on my computers.

Other Thoughts: If you are thinking of building an SLI rig this is the PSU for you. It has really blown me away for what I have put it through and I highly recommend it and the brand.

1 out of 5 eggs1 year life span and poor customer support

Pros: It worked for a few months.

Cons: It has simply stopped supplying enough power to my system causing it to crash when playing games. This has way more than enough power to run a GTS 250, Phenom II 965, a couple hard drives, and some fans. Nothings overclocked.

Other Thoughts: I have written Xclio about a replacement 5 times, yes 5 times, only to be ignored 5 times. I have all the information I need and they have never replied. I am not going to suck it up and drop another $100 on a PSU. They need to reply and get me a replacement. I wrote this in hopes of getting a reply from them on newegg as I have seen companies do so before.

1 out of 5 eggsany way to put 0?

Pros: Modular, and newegg

Cons: doa and the 2 8pin connectors plastic molds were connected and not separated so i couldnt plug them in.

Other Thoughts: ordered the part and like always newegg had it at my house in 2 days. and i only got 3 day standard. Also rma policy is great. they send me the shipping label and send it back and boom money back in my account

1 out of 5 eggsGreat product-horrable service

Pros: Very stable power and low enough noise output. While it was working I had zero glitches and I loved it, but ......

Cons: then when I got close to the warrenty being up it died. The reason I'm rating this a one egg instead of 5 is the technical support was attrocious. I've tried Many Many times to contact with emails and I've recieved zero responses.

Other Thoughts: I dont know if this is regular or if I'm just the lucky one but after spending $160 on a psu I'd expect better.
