Power packed to the core, the ENERMAX Revolution85+ ERV1050EWT 1050W power supply is ideal for your multi-GPU gaming system. It is SLI, CrossFire and Quad Core CPU ready, and will add real boost to your beast machine. This modular PSU is designed to deliver maximum power with minimum heat. Instead of a small fan on the back of the unit, there's a large 135mm fan on the bottom, and the back panel is a minimally obstructive hexagonal mesh interrupted only by the power connector and switch.

If you want the best look no further
- Pros: Plenty of power for the most demanding systems, efficiency is the best of any psu available, quiet, looks fantastic. This thing will last you many builds.
- Cons: The only one i can think of is if you haven't bought this yet.
- Other Thoughts: This thing could power a small car.

In response to "Built like a tank; doesn't seem to work with my mobo "
- Pros: Enermax makes great PSU's and stands by their products. If the unit has a problem they will take care of it ASAP
- Cons: Ordered from a different place as Newegg was almost $50 more.
- Other Thoughts: In reponse to the poster saying it didn't seem to work with their Rampage. Does the PSU give you an error code, check the little led next to the power switch on the psu.
No light = No AC input
Orange = Standby
Green = PSU Normal
Red = PSU Protection Active
Give Enermaxusa.com an email, they have been very helpful with another unit I had where the fan was apparently bad and the pwr would come on go off and then the led light on the PSU blinked steadily and it emitted constant short beeps.

Does not work with EVGA Classified 760
- Pros: Looks great, modular, solid appearance.
- Cons: It doesn't work. I just finished a lengthy build and it will not power up. I bought this several months ago since I could not buy everything at one time. My EVGA GTX-295 Co-Op arrived which was the last part I needed, went to turn it on, and the PS refuses to start. ANother well-regarded PC power supply fires it right up. Since I'm currently overseas, I can't "just call" Enermax so hopefully they respond to my email.
- Other Thoughts: I've never had this issue with the other brand of PC power supply but, based on reviews, thought I'd give Enermax a shot. If they don't make this right, it will be my last purchase from....frustrating given the cost of the PS.
Enermax, if you reply, don't ask me to call - I can't given my current location and must correspond via email.

not compatible with EVGA X58 Classified
- Pros: don't know...didn't ever get it to work...
- Cons: Here's a post on the Enermax Tech Support Forums from, allegedly, the Enermax "Chief of Global Product Marketing"

In between the REVOLUTION85+ PSU series and the EVGA X58 Classified motherboard 141-BL-E760-A1 may occur a compatibility problem.
If you are experiencing such, please contact EVGA for replacement of the motherboard, because the PSU is likely to be without any malfunction.

enermax rep gave me bad info!
- Pros: Continues to work perfectly with my lga 775 mobo
- Cons: I did my homework and read the reviews on this psu. I knew that it had compatibility issues with the evga classified mobo. So I emailed the enermax sales dept. and asked if there was a solution to this problem since I wanted both the revolution85+ 1050 and the evga classified. I as assured that the only compatibility issues were with the e759 version of the classified and NOT the e760. Based on this information, I purchased the psu. Now, about 3 months later, I receive my e760 classified and the psu DOESN'T WORK ! ! ! The mobo works fine, I tested it with a 450w psu and it fired right up. I was given false information my enermax and now it is too late to return my psu. What a waist. If this issue isn't resolved very quickly then enermax will have lost another customer for life!
