5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Semi-Modular, good power. I've had this PSU for almost two years now and I haven't had a single problem.

Cons: None that I can really complain about. The only real issue I have is more of a placement problem in the case. The modular ports are too close to the bottom fan area to install the required 120mm fan.

4 out of 5 eggsFits the bill

Pros: Used to replace PS on an older motherboard. Had no issue with installation. Fairly quiet compared to the rest of the fans in my system.

Cons: As this was used on an older ATX12v motherboard, some of the non-modular cables had to be tucked. SATA cables better for BTX as I had to awkwardly route them to the bottom of the case and back up. Otherwise, the SATA connectors would be upside-down. If they added an inch between the second and third SATA connectors, I would have been able to use one cable for my two burners and two HDD.

Other Thoughts: Most likely overkill for my needs, but it does what it's supposed to.

5 out of 5 eggsStill think Best PSU's

Pros: Been running Enermax PSU's for 10+ years without any problems. Simply get what you pay for. My old Galaxy 1,250w EVO is rock solid. More than enough cables to run a small server farm. Bought this latest 750 for older SLI gamer with extra MB power inputs for PCI section. Black & Yellow jacketed cables match my MSI MPower MB Perfectly.

Cons: Expensive, but will go into next build, and next build...
Would like to have a MB fan monitor wire so could see the RPM or even temp. This unit doesn't have a fan wire for MB at all. Which is OK, self controlled and has it's own system, just like to see what's going on.

Other Thoughts: Nothing worth taking an egg off for... Sweeeeet......

5 out of 5 eggsSolid PSU

Pros: Runs a overclocked 3750k (4.2ghz) and a overclocked GTX 670 great, all day long. It's very quiet and was absolutely painless to work with in a Corsair 600t.

Cons: It comes with one Velcro cable tie. What am I going to do with one Velcro cable tie?A cable tie that's to wide to fit through a lot of the cable management on most cases. Then they thought it was a good idea to include only one. One should definitely be enough, and by enough I mean not at all.

Other Thoughts: Buy some zip ties with it, or if your so inclined more then one (01) Velcro cable tie.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Satisfied

Pros: Good PSU so far, haven't really had it running much longer than an hour. But it definitely works better than the dead one in my system before (different brand). I researched reviews this time around and this one looked to be the best for what I needed.

The 8-pin CPU cable (2) is nice and long so that it has plenty of room to connect on the motherboard. I have an ASUS, and the CPU power connector is at the top of the board. Combined with a Lian-Li case where the power supply is on the bottom. With my old PSU I had to run the cable underneath the video cards and it still barely reached hugging the board the entire way. This one has enough length to reach going over and a comfortable enough amount of left over length so that it is not too tight.

The rest of the cables are all very nice lengths as well - and since it is semi-modular it doesn't take up too much space in the case. It does take up some of course, but anything will.

Cons: I was pretty disappointed when I noticed that one of the PCI-E power connectors was corroded on the end that would connect to the video card. Not so disappointed that I would send it back, especially since I needed a PSU right away. The connector still works, the corrosion is not extreme but it is there and noticeable; and it is on one of the (2) PCI-E cables that are wired into the PSU so I can't replace it.

Other Thoughts: Overall I'm please with it. I can live with a little corrosion on the connector, as long as it doesn't get worse. I suppose I'll be opening the case every now and then to check.

I of course was very please with Neweggs' speedy delivery, who knew 3 day shipping meant over night!

5 out of 5 eggsSexy PSU

Pros: Aesthetically pleasing, good quality overall PSU. Cable sleeves look cool too.

Cons: No complaints here.

Other Thoughts: It's a shame that Enermax doesn't get the respect it deserves. Good products.

5 out of 5 eggsExactly as expected

Pros: Nearly silent, 10SATA power ports, great for home media server. Cord lengths are perfect for midsize towers. It powered everything in my case without issue. Have ability to run two card SLI/Crossfire for future expansion.

Cons: Not really a con as it's clearly advertised, but this is a semi-modular design. You have to hide your extra power cables you don't need.

Other Thoughts: Asrock Z77 Professional, I5 3570K, 8gb DDR2 2400, XFX Double D Radeon 7850, 1 SATA DVD, 8 HDD, 1 SSD

5 out of 5 eggsQuality

Pros: Semi-modular. All non-modular cables are already necessary, so there's no realistic difference between this semi and a full modular. I had to use all cables given.

Enermax is one of those companies that everyone ignores. They're easily one of the top 3 PSU makers but everyone looks at Corsair and Seasonic. Enermax matches them easily.

Cons: None whatsoever. Buy the thing. Has plenty of accessories and is quite low in price.
