Excellent Quality Design, and Tiny

I'm very glad I looked beyond the absolute cheapest hubs! ..and very glad NewEgg has such an extensive selection to choose from...Thanks!
Installed on a picky Compaq R3000 laptop that would not recognize some other USB 2.0 hubs (some worked, some didn't, but did on other laptops), R3000 picked this one up immediately.
This device is TINY, the length of your index finger (JUST what I was looking for!), and looks great.
Inclusion of very small, high-quality DC adapter is a welcome addition, worth a few extra $ more than cheap models, in case your devices draw too much current for unpowered standard USB port.
- Cons: None at all.
- Other Thoughts: I also really like how the ports are angled on a curved face, as filling all ports on some straight-edged hubs is not possible as devices interfere with each other..
...buy the best and be satisfied in the first place!
Excellent Hub, No Porblems
- Pros: Very easy to install and use. The angled shape helps in using all the ports without any fuss. I am using it via its own power but have also tried it without power, it works well both ways.
- Cons: Only one incident. My friend's external USB drive that takes power from USB didn't work. It was recognized but just didn't work.

- Pros: I bought 3 of these for our computers. They all work great with ipods, digital cameras, usb drives, etc. The spacing of the ports is very good and we love the top port!
- Cons: None
- Pros: This hub is small and works wonderfully. It was one of the only ones I could find that was high speed and powered. (and cheap) It works fine with vista as a generic usb hub. I connected a hp printer, a usb audio device, mp3 sync cable and my cruzer thumb drive.
- Cons: Not much, but the cable to the computer is short and you are pretty much limited to putting it on top of the case.
- Other Thoughts: It sticks to things well thanks to the rubber bottom. The power cable is much longer that the one that goes to the computer. The power adapter is not necessary for the things I used and can be unplugged and plugged it while it is in use.

use a mouse and keyboard through it at same time and everthing worked using xp sp2 32bit

- Other Thoughts: Has radial eliptical shape so that you have no clearance issues when plugging 3 devices side by side. Also comes with power pluggin for devices requiring power.
