5 out of 5 eggsStill Going

Pros: Power supply has not had any issue and is still supplying my power needs - have been using since the beginning 2011 and computer usually on 24/7

Cons: stickers started peeling themselves off after about a year -

5 out of 5 eggsStill kicking!

Pros: Still going strong. I bought this Unit back around Aug/Sep and the unit hasn't failed or told me otherwise. It's quiet, and still keeps strong.

Cons: 24Pin power for motherboard isn't modular. Wished the 4x2 pin cables were modular also as It would free up some space in my build. All in all currently only one set of cables that you can't remove is left unused in my rig.

Other Thoughts: Keep on rocking XFX. While I don't like that you're company no longer works with nVidia I'm at least happy at the quality of you're PSU.

CPU: Intel Core i5 760 Quad Core @ Stock Speeds
RAM: 4GB DDR3 G.Skill 1333Mhz ram
GPU: Single (For now) nVidia EVGA 560 GTX Ti FPB @ 925MHz OC
HD: Seagate 7200RPM 32mb cache 1TB SATA II 3GB/s drive

4 out of 5 eggsUpdate from (Good While it Lasted....)

Pros: Excellent customer service. Submitted a ticket. Had to pay for shipping to them. I sent back just the unit, no cables, not box, nothing extra. What I got back. A BRAND NEW sealed unit within two days of them receiving mine.

Cons: The original unit died within a couple of months from purchase, but XFX took care of it.

Other Thoughts: They have kept me as a customer.

5 out of 5 eggsPower

Pros: Power, sleek packaging and overall presentation. Again, power. What more is there to ask from a PSU?

Cons: Rather large and unwieldy. Took a bit to get it in my case (CoolerMaster Scout) but nothing terrible.

Other Thoughts: If you are replacing your current PSU, replace the cables as well. While the easy way out, unplugging the old cables and plugging them into the new PSU, sounds tempting, you'll fry yourself and your rig. Plus, it forces you to take another look at your wire management.

1 out of 5 eggsGood While it Lasted....

Pros: Looks great, feels solid, no annoying neon lights, modular, plenty of cables and length. Worked awesome powering my 6 core amd and my evga gtx 580 until.....

Cons: was watching a movie, not even gaming, and all of the sudden a pop and a flash and nothing more from this power supply. REALLY hoping that it didnt fry anything in my computer.

Other Thoughts: First time buying xfx and depending on the customer server i receive, might be the last.

Manufacturer Response:

Please contact our support team at xfxforce.com for help getting that replaced. Thank you.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Powers my fairly heavy unit quite well.

Cons: Has trouble staying off after a full load. Needs time to cool off after a gaming session. By this i mean computer shuts down but the power supply powers it back up again within seconds.

Secondly, sticker on side folds and bends off with the heat. Glue needs to withstand the heavy heat inside a monster pc.

Other Thoughts: Other then the shutdown issue, this pcu works fantastic!
