Conventional PSUs use multi-rail technology which basically combines cheaper and lower wattage PSUs into one single PSU to generate a higher total wattage. However, smaller rails have lower maximum wattages so left over wattage on individual rails become too small to handle major components and gets wasted.

Unique, continuous EasyRail technology enables you to maximize available power and make set-up easy. Stack numerous power-hungry components, such as your GPU, CPU and other components - without fear of crashing – with XFX ProSeries PSU with EasyRail Technology. In addition, this XXX Edition PSU has been awarded the 80 Plus Silver certification for its high power efficiency and is also designed for NVIDIA SLI and AMD CrossfireX multi-GPU systems, making it a perfect solution for hardcore gamers. One Rail, One Setup.

  • newegg EasyRail Technology XFX ProSeries PSUs with EasyRail Technology give you one continuous rail of power covering the total maximum wattage. What this means is that no matter how many devices you have, high or low power, they can easily stack until it reaches the full maximum wattage. With EasyRail technology you can maximize the potential of your PSU with ease.
  • newegg True Wattage Guarantee Wattage and heat go hand-in-hand. Other PSUs claim a certain wattage by using unrealistic testing environments, but in real settings, they might reach much lower wattages. XFX PSUs guarantee the advertised wattage, even at well above standard operating conditions at 50°C.
  • newegg Efficient Power Use 80 Plus Silver certified means that this XFX PSU has up to 88% power efficiency. Compare that to non-certified PSUs, which lose at least 20% of power drawn. With the XFX PSU, get every watt you pay for.
  • newegg Extreme Heat Tested Capacitors Internal PC operating temperature is around 35°C, but the internal PSU temperature can be much higher. XFX uses high-quality Japanese brand capacitors rated to withstand up to 105°C. While some competitors claim to use Japanese capacitors, they may only be rated for 85°C, which can shorten the usable life of a PSU.
  • newegg Clean Power Power drawn from your AC outlet is typically dirty with voltage spikes and fluctuations, which can harm vital PC components. XFX PSUs are designed to deliver tight DC voltage regulation with minimal AC ripple, giving you safer, cleaner power.
  • newegg High +12V Output & Multi-GPU Technologies Supported The 750W XFX ProSeries XXX Edition semi-modular PSU features DC to DC converter design and a high +12V output of up to 62A to ensure the maximum compatibility and provision of 12V power. It is also AMD CrossfireX ready and NVIDIA SLI Ready certified and comes with 4x PCI-E 6+2-pin connectors, allowing you to build your ultimate multi-GPU gaming power house.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Power Supply

Pros: I have been purchasing these for systems and small server builds for almost 2 years. All together I have bought 8 of them and every one was rock solid.

Cons: None Whatsoever

Other Thoughts: Though only partially modular, they give plenty of cables and options. Has plenty of power for most systems. I'm using in my personal system with an AMD 8 core, 650 ti Video, Blue Ray Burner, 2 hard drives, 1 SSD and lots of juice loving USB devices. Very stable and cool.

5 out of 5 eggsgood PSU

Pros: very good power supply. VERY QUIET ! even when gaming or when u rpc is at load . i use to have an OCZ but it was loud as a bomb going off. this psu doesnt get to hot either, pretty good temps. very nice psu and all cables are sleeved in black, good price and 80 plus silver which is important for quality power and overclocking.

Cons: price was 130 plus tax and delivery i belive could be cheaper but then again tons of other psus out there are going for more

Other Thoughts: get this psu XFX is very good quality never had any problems with them OCZ is kife

1 out of 5 eggsfaulty kills componets

Pros: nothing now

Cons: After a few months of having this psu, it shorted out and fried a intel q9770, 780i motherboard 8 gigs of ocz ddr2 sli cert memory, 2 msi gtx 275's, and 2 1 tb hd's, and they refused to replace the other componets that where not under warrenty to be replaced, don't use on something that isn't under warrenty,

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for a quiet Crossfire/SLI-Ready machine

Pros: 1. Quiet!
2. Plenty of PSU for the money, IMO
3. Semi-modular is nice. I used one modular cable to power two SATA drives, while the non-modular cables are for the stuff you need anyway: the mobo, CPU, and PCIe components.
4. Looks cool, not that anybody's ever going to see my PSU
5. Future proofing, for somebody like me. (See other thoughts.)
6. Plenty of extra modular SATA and molex cables. You have 'em if you need 'em, and you can leave 'em out of the machine if you don't. The cables are nice, mesh-wrapped jobs, too.
7. Very quiet! I can't even hear that thing!

Cons: None so far. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Other Thoughts: I've never overclocked anything, but I typically build machines capable of SLI and overclocking to future-proof them a little. With my builds I try to strike a balance between price, quietness, and performance.

This PSU met my needs perfectly. As I type this, it is sitting there and working silently. Admittedly, I'm not asking much of it: a single case fan, a Kuhler water pump, the motherboard, an Intel i5 2500k, and a dual-fan Radeon HD 7850 are all that's drawing power.

It's worth noting that the video card has two 6 pin PCIe plugs to power those two fans. If I ever want to set up Crossfire in this system, the PSU is ready for it: among the extra modular cables that come with it are four more 6+2 PCIe plugs. So, plenty of power for future expansion, even if you want to double up on dual-fan video cards.

Manufacturer Response:

We are glad to hear that you are enjoying your purchase. If you ever have any questions about your product then please feel free to contact our support staff at xfxforce.com. Thank you.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: works great, semi modular. Im using almost all of the built in wires, so there not a ton of excessive non modular cables

Cons: One more cable with 4-pin connectors would be nice but not a huge deal

5 out of 5 eggsValue out the box

Pros: Had all the cables I needed and more. One look at this thing and I was happy with my purchase.

Cons: One of the none modular cables was short so just 1 cable visible through my case.

Other Thoughts: Awesome great value and love the aggressive look of it

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: super quiet, tons of power, no noise! what more could you ask for.

Cons: wish the rebates didn't take 97years long.

Other Thoughts: I wasn't sure of getting this PSU til I read the reviews, couldn't really find any bad reviews to keep me away, wish it was a little cheaper but you get what you pay for. don't cheap out on your PSU (especially for a gaming build)

5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME

Pros: I am very happy with this power supply. It works very well and has very good parts. It looks awesome. No noise at all. I did some research and this power supply should be more advertise. It almost looks like they want to sell you lower quality here at newegg.

Cons: You serious? maybe the price but I think is worth it.

Other Thoughts: I bought XFX mostly because I have an xfx mother board. Also I wanted good quality that I always expect from xfx.

5 out of 5 eggsAn awesome PSU!!

Pros: -1st the power supply looks really cool it is matte black and has a rubberized finish to it and has silver accents to it, it looks really sharp and will look good in any case.
-It is semi-modular which is awesome because I don't have extra cables I do not need clogging up my case
-It seems to be very high quality, xfx did a good job on this thing, plus I heard they use seasonic to build there PSU's which I heard is a high quality manufacturer

Cons: None at all!

Other Thoughts: The 750w will power a cpu, motherboard, hdd/ssd and is able to power 2 mid range gaming video cards(gtx 560 ti's)

Running it to write this review, so what's that say? Seriously though, this PSU is exactly what I have come to expect ...

Price?

5 out of 5 eggs
very solid, reliable power. Over 60 amps on a single rail make this thing a beast.
