So, you're setting up your server room from scratch, or one of your power supplies has died. Either way, DynaPower has a series of server-optimized power supplies for you.
This particular beauty is 1000 watts of power, cooled by two 80mm fans, ATX and ATX12V compatible with a standard 24 pin main connector, with over-voltage, over-current, and short circuit protection. TTL-level remote on/off makes powering up handier and a TTL "Power Good" signal lets you know how things are running. Robust currents on each voltage rail keep your hard drives and CPU well-fed and happy, and the manual 120/240 Vac switch allows you to select inputs for your operating environment.
Getting the right tool for the right job just makes sense, so why not buy a power supply that was intended from the start to keep your server going?
This review is from: DYNAPOWER USA EJ-65P.C6576 20+4Pin 650W Single Server Power Supply
Pros: 650 watts
Cons: Purchased supply and did not use it immediately. Finally did the build 60 days later and the supply died within a week. No response from dynapower. Guess I have a boat anchor.
