Pros: Not one yet. Capable of writing at 8x with an Optiarc drive.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Kind of shocked that I have no coasters and I've only used half so far as I keep re-writing. If anyone is throwing out disks, please be green and get RW DVD and CD!
