Pros: None.

Cons: This unit is expensive, yet is very poor quality. Unit overheats and sometimes will not work at all.

Pros: Fits as stated in a HP or Dell Case. Run a AMD 4400+, 4 gigs of ram, 9600gt for about 8 months.

Cons: Fan in unit is extremely poor quality. Fan locks up, unit over heats and smokes. RMA'd through NewEgg. Fast response of item for it to be DOA. After the first RMA NewEgg leaves you high and dry to deal with Athena which is an absolute joke. This unit is expensive for its size. You would think it would be made with better quality!.

Other Thoughts: It has wires. About the only thing of any value to it.

Pros: Suppose to replace the tiny hp/dell power supplies.

Cons: DOA, got 2 in a row that DO NOT WORK AT ALL!
