Pros: I installed this PSU as a cheap alternative to what was in a customers case as they selected this because of the price, and two years later it's still performing as it should. So it works better than what was in it stock.

Other Thoughts: I personally only run certain brands in my own PC, but as far as going in a customers PC when her PSU died within a year from factory, she was pleased.

Pros: It did fit the HP s5610y case perfectly. Was quiet while it worked.

Cons: Died within 2 days. This is not a demanding system, it was equipped with a 220 watt psu originally, so the Athena unit was not taxed. This does not inspire confidence or make me want to buy another Athena product.

Pros: Works perfectly for my HP Slimline (s5710f): no incompatibility issues whatsoever, solid build, expedient shipping.

Cons: REALLY LOUD - louder than my ceiling fan, xbox one, home theater receiver, and 20gallon fishtank pump combined. I know this because that's everything I had running before I put this part in my computer.

Other Thoughts: What the hell. False advertising.

Pros: It works. Fairly quiet.

Cons: Had to exercise creativity to fit it into my half-height ATX case.

Pros: Very quiet, replaced last power supply approx 2 yrs ago and that one was very loud. Woke up the other night thinking power was off but then realized new power supply fan was just that quiet. Fit my HP mini tower like an OEM part. Price was better than last unit also.

Pros: Originally bought a Foxconn Bare Bones PC R10-G3 (mini ITX form factor) in 2011. The included power supply was terribly unreliable. I had an RMA replacement of the bum power supply unit the same month I got it. Then, 3 years later, the replacement power supply died again without any warning. Even when I had it, the fan was loud and it started whining about 1.5 years into it.

Saw this on new egg, saw the ratings, decided to take a gamble. So far so good. The fit was *almost* perfect, as there was about 1mm separation between the case and the unit. But as the screws are put into place, the unit's grill flexes ever-so-slightly and becomes flush and fits snug as a bug in a rug. Also picked up 50 watts over the original piece of junk.

Cons: - Non so far. Will wait a few months/years to see how it goes...

Other Thoughts: - Foxconn Bare Bones PC R10-G3 (2011)
- So quiet!

Pros: Much more quiet than stock power supply.
Perfect fit in an HP Slimline 5000 series.

Cons: 20+4 pin cable was quite a bit longer than anticipated.
Two 8 amp 12V rails had me concerned early on, but so far so good.

Other Thoughts: Online calculators show my power needs around 220 watt, so this 300 should be more than adequate for a long time.

This machine runs 24/7 and I'll update review if there are any issues.

Pros: Perfect fit in a Foxconn small form factor case (R10-G3)
Enough SATA power connectors, with one to spare in my build
50 more watts than the original PSU
Very reasonable priced

Cons: I haven't had it long enough to tell you how durable it is.
The SATA power connectors don't match the image: they're straight on the one I received, not right-angled.

Other Thoughts: The straight SATA power connectors worked better in the Foxconn case so I didn't knock off a star (I should be adding one).
I replaced a failed PSU in a system I built four years ago and while shopping discovered it's very important to have the measurements of your old PSU. The dimensions vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and my case didn't allow for overages.
